Been driving pass van and SUV rentals for tv commercials production from this provider. Excellent after hours customer service and convenient 24/7 access to rentals. Easy. Late night staff is never grumpy or dismissive. Always friendly.Valet is available for personal vehicles on site when you pick up rental, if needed. Great fleet rotation and they seem to never have vehicle models older than 2 years. They also offer sedan models. Definitely keeping them in mind for personal use rentals too! Been driving their rentals for two years since I started production work.

I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled to say this. Bernie and Marco at California rent a car are the epitome of what is wrong with our country. As a victim of domestic violence I had hoped that they would be supportive and helpful through the process instead I was met with rude back handed comments and statements about the fact that my mom had to rent my car since I'm a full time graduate student. I supplied them with all the information they would need and was not met with any resemblance of customer service. Marco tried to mansplain the law to me to force me and my mother into a payment. While Bernie was completely clueless and had me running around to courthouses all day to print out copies of my restraining order the day after my fathers funeral. To say that I would not recommend them is an understatement. I will warn whoever I can to stay away from California rent a car.

I have been renting refrigerated vans from California Rent-A-Car for the last few weeks and have been very happy with their customer service, pricing and availability. Veronica and her staff have been great to work with, very professional and accommodating to my company's needs. I recommend them highly, and will continue to give them my business.

Clifford the manager has a very bad attitude Bad customer service skills Screams on customers Rented vans from them in the past and was happy that's why I came back after today's experience will never come back again And will definitely never recommend the company to anyone Shawn & Steve the owners of the company don't give a s*** about the company All together a reason that you should never use this company!!!!!!!

California Rent a Car saved the day as I needed two refrigerated trucks for a work event. At initial inquiry, they only had one truck available. However, I was contacted a few days prior to the event with news that saved the week....THEY HAD A 2ND truck for me! I was overjoyed. Having both trucks allowed us to provide 800 low income families with turkeys and dinner trimmings for Thanksgiving! Frank is the VIP and we are ever so grateful for his diligence.California Rent A Car will ALWAYS be my go to...year after year.#StJosephCenter #TurkeyDistributionDay2020

If you're not using this company to take care of your rental car needs your wasting your time. They have go above and beyond every time I call. Cars are up to date models, clean, and look good. Delivery is hassle free and convenient.

Best car rental place we’ve found, very friendly staff and they have great selection of cars. They are also very clear with the price and dont add on any extra sneaky fees like other places. Overall had a really great experience and will definitely be coming back!

I rented a van a couple times and a car from Cali RAC during the process moving homes and the customer service was spectacular. I needed after hours pick ups which were no problem and went off without a hitch. Their night attendant is super sweet and helpful and let me hang out with him inside the gate before my ride picked me up each time so I felt very safe. Thank you to Frank, Wyatt, and Veronica who each helped me with the rentals! Your team is the best! Highly recommend renting through California Rent-A-Car!
