Unfortunately flamegrilled was the taste I was looking for, but it was a total disappointment. The quality of the Whopper has gone downhill and the prices are highly inflated. Easily the best service I’ve received at any fast food restaurant. S/o to the manager because I saw him treat every guess like it was a family neighborhood restaurant. Place was clean and well managed. Best BK I’ve ever been too.

Worst experience ever with the worthless burger King app. Manager was friendly and tried to help me with the rediculous burger King app. Burger King app is worthless and a total waste of time. Water over 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET THE BURGER KING APP TO WORK! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!! The fish sandwich was not good either :( the fish sandwich tasted like a giant piece of grease with lard topping. Totally gross.

The food at Burger King has definitely took a turn for the worst, but the customer service at this location sets the standard high. From cashiers to the kitchen area, uniforms are clean, your greeted with the smile and they really do everything they can to accommodate. I just wish the food was better, if the food match the customer service there wouldn't be a problem.

Despite showing recently updated hours, I arrived at 11:30PM on a Wednesday and the store was closed despite hours showing closure at 12:00AM.

CONS:This location is listed as having their drive thru open till 00:00. The Burger King app also says this and thus I ordered my food at 23:28. However, I became concerned as I pulled up a few minutes later and saw no one inside. I went to the drive thru, and the speaker had an automated recording which said "This location is closed". Luckily, the app has a feature that lets you request a refund for a store being closed. Regardless, if a store closes early, they need to adjust the app so this never happens again.PROS:This location has normal prices, not gouged like the Sepulveda location.On the app, I ordered a double cheeseburger, add tomato, add lettuce, add onion, add mayo, no mustard. And a side of cookies. At this location, this cost me $4.62 ($2.99 double cheese burger, $0.10 tomato, $0.10 lettuce, $1.00 cookies= $4.19 total without tax). At another location, it cost me $7.27 ($3.99 double cheeseburger, $0.50 tomato, $0.35 lettuce, and $1.80 cookies = $6.64 without tax).Because this location was closed when it was supposed to be open, I paid a 58% more than I should have and had to drive to another Burger King location. What the heck!

Best Burger King to go to. 9 out of 10 times, they're not skimpy on ingredients like other restaurants or Burger King chains.The employees are down to earth without any weird attitudes or social behavioral issues, (that's kinda common in our society, lol.)
