I popped in during my lunch break and Lilly was super helpful and such a great person to talk to while building my bear. She had many people come into the store as she was helping me and made sure to let all the other customers know that she'd be able to help them out as soon as she could but still making sure that I was being fully attended too! And of course my little guy came out perfectly!

Wish the build a bear bag would be for sale at least for $5 I would definitely buy it.

Walked in on a Saturday in desperation of finding a birthday gift to give to my niece. Lily was the first person to approach me to help me; she was able to walk me through the entire process and was so sweet and positive. Definitely look for Lily if you’re coming here

Lost my dad 10/30/2023 , all I had was a voice-mail..so I came down here and bought a bear ? with the voice added to the bear.. it was a gift for my sisters birthday who had just passed.. I was all in the store crying once it was finished thank you so much ❤️ ?

This has always been one of the best stores with the most knowledgeable, helpful and caring team! Lily and Kelly take excellent care of the store and customers and they train their team so well. Everyone who works here is an enjoyable, positive interaction and they'll brighten your day, a wonderful reflection of Lily and Kelly's management! Thank you so much for always providing the most fun and enjoyable experience. If you ever need help with anything or want to build your bear in a comfortable, supportive space, come here! I love this store!

I cannot give a review on the actual bear but the service was not great. The first employee was very friendly and two of my friends asked to sit on the chairs in the store, the employee happily said it was okay. Then a manager by the name of Lily walked out and yelled at us for sitting there and threatened us with security and continued to cuss us out. Very rude, so we left.

They were great about telling me about the bogo deal, but did not tell me that it only applied to red tag items. As a result, I paid over $60 for two stuffed dolls without clothes. It’s bad business practice to not specify details about “sales” until the customer is at the cash register. I will not return, nor do I recommend this place. It’s all upsells and not forthcoming about prices.
