Earl is THE BEST. He's got a great eye for window treatments and is readily available for appointments. I also love that this company has a lot of fabric choices for custom blinds. Highly recommend!

Horrible Horrible Horrible, scheduled me for the wrong day and I took off work. Then confirmed new appointment and they didn't show. Claimed they had the wrong number. Horrible service, all they could is reschedule me again for another day. Who gone pay me for the day I took off work and the second day. Horrible!!!!! They just lost 45 windows.

Great experience with Budget Blinds Culver City and very happy with our custom shades. David and Earl were both lovely and helped us make the best decisions for our space. Installation was easy and we're very satisfied with the quality and look of our shades. Wonderful customer service and product. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Earl and his team. They show up on time. They take an interest in your concerns. I had to manage a project from 3200 miles away and Earl was amazing. He always told me everything would be ok. They understand customer service. 5 stars allThe way!!’

Hours are by appointment only. Which is not convenient.Google simply lists hours as M-F 9-5, Sat 10-2.Website lists hours as:Mon-Fri 9am-5pm;Sat 10am-2pm by appointment onlyWhich seems to indicate only Saturday as requiring an appointment.When I arrived at the showroom at 4pm without an appointment the woman who greeted me was quite rude.It's fine that their business is appointment only, but they should not list open hours is they are not open. Simply say "by appointment only," and let those interested in conducting appointment based commerce find out when appointments are available when they call.

I can only give them one star because I never got past the initial interaction with Budget Blinds. The people who answer their phones seem clueless; unable to answer questions definitively or even make reference to how I might get the answers I needed. They were more like an answering service rather than employees of Budget Blinds who are actually familiar with their products & policies. I made an appt for a in-home consultation. A very nice representative came to my home without any samples of drapery fabric although I was told that was what I could expect. So, after he measured my windows and took a few notes, I was given an appt to meet with someone in the store. On the day of that scheduled appointment I called the store to ask that it be rescheduled. I explained that a family emergency had arose and could not keep the appointment. I was sent to voicemail where I left a message for David, the consultant that had come to my home. I never received a call back. Actually, this was the second time I had left a message for him and did not receive a call back. It's been several weeks now and I still have NOT received the call back. After reading other 1 & 2 star reviews, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have no criteria for recommending this business. It seems to me that my business is not really wanted or needed; that my experience so far could only be a representation of what I could expect from customer service before and after window treatments are installed. I say, keep shopping!

Budget Blinds did AN AMAZING job with my custom project. Ara was my sales rep, he came to my house and was very safe and respectful with Covid 19 protocols. He took measurements and answered all my questions. We discussed best options etc. I ended up with the most beautiful, affordable Honeycomb Shades and I LOVE them. I will always be using Budget Blinds and Ara for any window treatment needs!!!!!!

I called this business looking for business from one business to another. The guy that answered the call was very rude and asked me why was I calling about a job in San Francisco. The purpose of my call was to see if my company could PAY for custom hardware for a job that was a little more custom. Apparently this company is afraid of new business from other companies.

Budget Blinds is the absolute best!!! They will go out of their way to make sure the job is done right and you are taken care of. They are very conscientious about the work they do and when they are finished they will make sure you are fully satisfied with the work they have done for you. If you are looking for blinds at an affordable price, look no further.
