I went for ear infection. I went around 3:45 pm. and was out by 5:20 pm. Friendly and fast. I got the medicine I needed. Highly recommend this ER.

I challenge you to find a BETTER pharmacy! The whole staff is super on top of things, always answer the phone within a few rings, and the pharmacist Sapan, will go bend over backwards to help someone. Did I mention they DELIVER?? Surprised this place doesn't have over 1000+ reviews!

new job, so had to find pharmacy for all my meds. thankfully, brotman pharmacy is super close to me. i was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the pharmacist, i first went in there for a really bad cold and he recommended a throat lozenge which did the trick. i decided to transfer all my prescriptions to them based on that interaction. they have all my meds when i need them and even courier them to me, which is super convenient. the prices are reasonable and i really feel they go above and beyond whenever i call with a question about my meds. the pharmacist is very knowledgeable, i have even asked questions about meds that are not filled by them, and the answer is always accurate and thorough. highly recommend.

Got my vaccine here today and knew this place existed. The staff were extremely professional. The Hispanic gentleman was super friendly and welcoming and the Dr was great and professional

Yay! I walked right in and was able to get the Covid Moderna vaccine. I had to wait about 5 mintues, that was it! I didn't even make an appointment I walked right in, although I saw a sign that mentions they do take appointments. It was so much easier here than I can assume at those mass vaccine sites and larger chain pharmacies. Friendly Pharmacist too. I'll be back in 4 weeks for my 2nd vaccine!

The worst! My Dr. is in Van Nuys, I live on Duquesne so it's Friday hurried back over the hill in horrific traffic, and brought my prescription to pharmacy 1 block from my house (that I've been going to for over 15 yrs) and guy tells me "we only fill prescriptions from Dr's in this building"....like oh okay it's 3:30 on Friday I'll jump in my car and back on the 405 and drive to the Valley??? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Friendly, personable, professional & courteous. This place is cute, clean & fantastic! It's old school in the sense that it's how I remember the pharmacist, staff & pharmacy from small kid time! It's got that neighborhood pharmacy store vibe with a little waiting room & coffee shop. They don't have an overwhelming stock of stuff, but simply exactly what you need!
