The staff here is so nice, I came in for a phone case after having no luck with a few other larger stores in the area. They had a case in stock, and it was a 1/3 the price of the other places around. 10/10 recommend.

Guy was great today helping me get a cover for my iPhone SE. I don't know his name, should have asked. I called ahead to ask about selection and he snapped a photo and texted it to me so that I could look from home since the covers aren't on the website. Then he set them aside for me so I could walk right in and buy the color I chose. Easy peasy. I'm not even a Boost customer. When I was in the store I also saw him very patiently explaining things to an older lady.

Do yourself a favor and just go see Antonio at this store, he will do everything humanly possible to get you set up the way you want. He has years of experience, is extremely efficient, and goes more than the extra mile to help you out. Highly recommended!!!

BOOST has website problems. We the customers are unable to pay for monthly SVC via the website. It is necessary for customers to go to the store. The charge is $4.00 extra. We the customers who pay online are punished for BOOST website not working. Customer service calls go to South of the border to individuals with heavy accents. They are useless,.
