Expertise, experience and friendly, individualized service are just part of every contact with Bluewater. Everything I order from them arrives quickly, carefully packed and in excellent condition. I purchased an underwater camera system from them a few years ago, and they gave me sound advice. The ordering and delivery were carefree and my system arrived in pristine condition. It is exactly as they described it. The best thing about Bluewater is that there is always a knowledgeable and professional customer service specialist available to help you. You are not just an anonymous customer. The site also offers useful videos about how to handle O-rings and camera techniques. The employee will also take time to talk with you and find out about your underwater photography needs. These employees are adventure guides and many of them lead the travel and photography tours, so they are experts in their fields. Recently, I lost my small Nauticam port cover recently while diving and needed to order a replacement. I didn't have time to search for it on the website, but wanted to be sure to order the correct one. So I called the customer service line and was immediately connected with one of the adventure guides. Even though the port cover was an inexpensive piece of gear, I received the same quality customer service that I received when ordering my expensive underwater camera system. The employee even had time to chat a bit and make some recommendations for my upcoming dive trip to FL. I always feel like a valued customer with Bluewater and will continue to do business with them. I hope to join one of their underwater photography tours soon.

Bluewater Photo has been very helpful in upgrading my underwater photo game. There online tutorials, along with Ikelite's, and their recommendations and fact sheets have been very helpful in improving the quality and consistency of my photos. FYI I am a snorkeler and basically shooting tropical reefs.
In any event, I would recommend them. If you are serious about underwater photography, this is the place to learn and buy.

Hands down the best shop to deal with for your underwater photo needs. I've been working with Mark and team for years. Mark always takes the time to answer questions, make phone calls, and follow up on everything. When I say they go out of the way I mean it. I was in Bonaire a few months back and had an issue with a video light. Mark reached out to the owner of the company directly, and we were able to get the issue resolved. This past week we probably exchanged 30 emails, and several emails as I was looking for a new setup. Mark could have sold me something more expensive, but instead he took the time to listen to my needs and we came up with what we believe was the perfect setup. Hopefully it arrives before our next big trip to Bonaire. My wife has shared the same experience. Last year she worked with Mark to surprise me with a new system, and a few months later she bought a few more things from Mark and crew for my Christmas presents. To say I appreciate Mark and team is understatement. So many people don't take the time and work with you anymore. They just want the quick sale. Mark knows his stuff inside and out, and took the time to explain why different components would work best for my needs. Rockstar! Thank you Mark and team at Bluewater Photo once again. 100 stars!!!

This was my first major underwater photography purchase. When I received my Sea & Sea Solis YS-03 strobe package, I was concerned that there was a problem with it. I immediately reached out to Bluewater, who promptly returned my emails. They worked with Sea & Sea to confirm that the item needed to be returned to be checked out. Once it was confirmed that nothing was wrong with the equipment (just me being overly worried!) Henrique worked hard to ensure that I received the strobe back in time for an upcoming big dive trip. He was in almost constant contact with me throughout.
I am overwhelmed with the excellent and kind customer support I received, especially considering that the equipment was fine all along. All future underwater photo purchases (as well as anything dive related that I can't buy from my local shop) will be from Bluewater.

Charly at Bluewater was super helpful. I initially asked some questions online and then through emailing . All my questions were answered in a professional and timely fashion. He would tell me the pros and cons of the products I am looking at and gave me his expert opinions. Transactions were also super smooth.
