The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they never answer the phone. This one isn't close to me, so I need to call to see if they have what I want. The one close to me never has what I want. Ordering on line is a joke. Spent two hours trying to get my order but they kept saying that there was an err '--źor with my card, because they couldn't 'capture' my card information?
I put it in manually? And they still couldn't!
By the time all the communication, through email, the store was closed.
So I'm done with Bevmo.

When I go to pick up the goods, the clerks in this store will ignore you and will only be busy with their own business. It's a stupid shop.

parking isn’t ideal here, finding a cart is hard, it’s crowded and checkout is slow. also wine is more expensive here than getting it at whole foods.

This store is so disorganized and lacks overall attention to details! Every single time I’ve ordered for a pick up, items are missing and or not cold. It’s so simple. It’s a big store so it’s hard to understand why a 6 pack of cold corona isn’t available… and why is it always warm?? There’s enough to grab a cold case of brews!!! I mean cmon! Never ordering here again, such a waste of time!!!

Can someone yell gopuff staff members to less chit chat and more hands on to do delivery orders. ?
They are not helpful, and spend so much time with their personal cellphone.

I would not advice any black customers to go to this location because the manger by the name of Nick Jimenez is perfectly fine with his cashier Clarissa
being disrespectful to black customers.
When I tried bringing my concerns to Mr. Martinez about his cashier being on her cell phone while ringing me up and not entering my number for a discount.
And she stated that if I dont like the price that I can go to total wine.
After, I informed him of this his response to me was complete silence. When I asked if he had anything to say. He responded in a very
condescending tone " what do you want me to say! " I said wow and left!
The correct response would of been I'm sorry for your experience but instead he tired to make his self the victim by lieing saying I yield at him when I was explaining what had happen. Instead of addressing the real issue. However, if I had been a white women that tried to bring this to his attention the response would of been different. I also base this on the fact that I have been in this store before and have seen how helpful his staff is with white customers versus black customers!

Extremely poor service, delivery driver too lazy to find a simple address in Culver City. Customer service just gave out normal apologetic rubbish, I will never recommend or use BevMo again

I phoned but they wouldn't answer the phone, so I went out of my way just to go to the store and of course they didn't have what I was looking for, even though their website indicated that they had it in stock! Wasted trip. However, the Bevmo on Lincoln Blvd., Marina del Rey, did answer the phone. Grateful for small mercies, as they say.
