The staff is nice. But the geek squad isnt. My computer wasnt turning on so I asked them to repair. So they then plugged in some new good wires and that ended up fixing it. And instead of telling us the problem. They said it was fine. I told them that with the wires i had at home didnt work. And theres did. Also wven though I barely had it for a week they refused to send warranty for a new one!!!

Everything it's ok but if you go to replace or exchange beware whit the lady manager from Geek squad, it's white, skinny; always complain before replacing so it's no a good place to return your staff.

I , like many others, it seems, had an incredibly bad experience trying to exchange a faulty product at this best buy location. I had purchased a $500 sound bar three days prior from a location 2.4 miles away, which upon removing from the box turned out not to work at all. I took it to this location as it was closer than the one from where I purchased, but all of the service staff, including the manager were incredibly rude and told me that I must’ve drilled into the product to damage it. I’ve never owned a drill in my life. The manager then told me that I had to go to the store from which I purchased because “you can’t return a car to a different dealership than where you purchased it,” but like … OK except that Best Buy stores are not independently owned and operated… anyway, I took it to another store and exchanged it for a functional product no questions asked. Note to Best Buy and this location in particular – if you sell your customer a faulty product, just make it right.

Just went to this store to make a return. The guy the customer service refused it stating it expired yesterday, and the return window showing online for until tomorrow was for online only.
After trying to reason for a bit, I just left to another BestBuy which accepted it right away. Looks like this store have either employees who don't wanna do their job, or it's encouraged by management to refuse refunds (because they're other people with similar reviews).
And this is after spending $2k at this store few weeks earlier.
I'm going to avoid this BestBuy location.

Nice store for TV, soundbars and laptops.
Do not bother if you need a camera, their selection is almost zero.
They have some good helpful employees lately, so it is nice to talk to a human that understands your needs and helps.
