Took some cash in the atm. BofA has a security feature that if you use your card for the second time of withdrawing they will text and verify if you used your card or not which is good

Very unprofessional staff. Alka was the teller and while I was trying to cash my paycheck from a worldwide company which was a BofA check. After running the check and 2 form of ID she said she had to get it cleared by a manager. The manager not only said no but wrote RM on my check. When I asked why the couldn’t cash it she said I can’t tell you it’s not your account. I went to the BofA on La Cienega up the street explained it and they were baffled and cashed it no problem. Do yourself a favor and skip this bank at all odds, the funny part was she asked why I wasn’t a BofA account holder and if I wanted to join. I took the high road and didn’t let them have a piece of my mind. With customer service like this they will probably have to close this branch soon, deservedly so.

Bank of America is already the worst bank out of all the others, and there are some bad ones out there, but this branch is the worst branch out of all of Bank of America, branches. What a waste of space needs to be shut down and turn into a parking lot. They don't have tellers. They have weird employees. Their ATMs don't work. Pfft clowns

I had a very bad experience at this bank. I deposited a large amount of money and told them I would need the money soon to buy a house on escrow. First they told me it was a 7-Day hold to clear the check but 2weeks later i still havent gotten my money. Long story short I lost the house. When I asked to speak with the manager and explained to her what had happenlll the BLONDIE manager very shortly and rudely told me to put a stop on the check, she said that without looking at me and i was surprised... She didn't explain how to do it she was very busy looking at her iPad which at first I thought she was trying to find my info and she was going to help me but then I realized she was just not looking at me she was doing stuff on her iPad ,busy.! This lady never even looked at me, i was chocked. .Is this the way a manager of a branch should behave?? How very unprofessional .,no courtesy no professionalism,. nothing I have a hard time believing this person is the manager of a branch Bank of America. I was very disappointed because before this incident I had thought highly of Bank of America. Do no remcomendat all

Why have a phone number since one can't call and speak to the people there? The phone system is made to hang up on customers and keeps pushing us to make an appointment or use online services. What if I want to speak to an actual human to find out if your location actually has temporary debit cards because they have been out previously? Do better!!!

Great branch location to have in my backyard! I'm dealing with some fraud issues, I had to come in to get huge pile of documentation faxed in to my claim on file. Everybody I interacted with were so professional, nice and really helpful. Shoutout to Nancy the teller, ilyshia (sp?) and manager Dulce. Highly recommend this branch location, spacious parking lot as well.

Worst customer service line and nobody can help with anything. Zero star after 50 years of being a loyal customer.

They were extremely helpful, I don't know what all the 1 star reviews from years ago are about. They even stayed after close to help me transfer money. Super nice and helped me with a stressful situation.

You need more people working on Saturday especially if you tell the customers wrapped around your building that this is typical for a Saturday.

Soon as I walked in I was asked to step outside. Not a “How are you” … no greeting and I see why they have the ratings they do and be prepared to waits a hour to see the teller

I try to be understanding because of covid--I work in the restaurant industry and I'm in nursing school so I 10000000% understand the troubles of being understaffed, and the effects of this pandemic. However, I think it's more of a lack of care, as every time I come in there's a complete lack of staffing. Feels like it's on purpose. 2 tellers. All I need is to get a roll of coins lol. Not only this, but the level customer service was painful to see. Not to myself personally but to other guests here. When an issue was presented from an unhappy customer, the staff had no empathy at all. The bankers made mistakes and gave attitude to the unhappy customers. Wtf? Lol. As a server, if I am having a bad day I still push through to make sure my customers are happy. This is why the world is a bad place. People have no empathy for one another.

If I could put 0 starts I would, horrible customer service, no work ethic, no efficiency or sense of urgency. Avoid at all cost. Line we're out the door and around the corner with 3 employees small talking in the entrance. Not once greeted once. 3 tellers where two left the booth only to return 10 minutes later. No coverage or sense of prioritizing.
