These guys don't follow their own posted signage on mask wearing. Most of the employees I saw were wearing their masks down to their chins, and not even a friendly reminder was given to a customer who didn't even bother to bring a mask inside at all. The reason I'm posting--the real kicker--is that while one of the employees was walking to check on a part for that maskless customer he sighed and breathed out through his unmasked mouth right into my face as he passed me by. I know it wasn't intentional, but this disregard for their own rules, the safety of others, and a conspicuous lack of the sense of solidarity that one hopes has become widespread during these last 1.75 years is disturbing to say the least. I muttered something to the effect of "Come on, dude," within earshot but he still wore his mask down to his chin and made no acknowledgment whatsoever. Not coming back here.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Came in Saturday 12/4/21 at 9:20 couldn't even get help putting in a headlight. Blonde guy at the front said "if you would have come earlier" like if I knew the light would go out and he said "we're about to close" when they close 40 minutes from the time I was there. So if you need help apparently it has to be done before it gets dark out so before 5 pm. Complete mess.

I ordered parts that was supposedly arriving today and as I talked with Joaquin, he told me it won't arrive till tomorrow. They should have told me that it will arrive tomorrow so I don't have to go back and forth for this. What a hassle.

This is my go to auto shop. The guys here are solid. I went once to buy a new battery and the guy not only carried it out and installed it, but also tested my car to see how my alternator and starter were working. Another time I went looking for another part that they didn't carry. The guy that day went out of his way looking for the part even calling around and checking store information on his phone. It's usually busy here. I recommend going in person versus calling and being patient when you arrive. Oh and also polite.

-—5 stars is my review!This is the worst auto parts retailer in Los Angeles. I ordered a set of brake pads at 9:30 this morning. The website said they were in stock and available for curbside pick/up. After I paid I was informed that Autozone was “preparing” my order and they would email me when the order was ready to be picked up. It is now after 7 And I’ve called 3 times and been left on hold for over 15 on each call before finally hanging up. This is outrageous! It’s now dark and I do not have a vehicle for another full day. Not to mention I had to pay $38 for pads that should have only cost $26!! My day has been wasted, my car is still not working and Autozone hasn’t made any attempt to call me with an update or explanation! This is not how business should be done! If I could give them a negative 5 star review I would and they earned it!

A+ service from my guy Alfredo! I almost paid $600 for a new 12V battery for my Prius at the dealership...Alfredo got the job done for significantly less and I have full confidence in his knowledge of hybrids and their complexity. So glad I called MdR Autozone, service was great (and quick)...very positive experience from this local resident :).

I needed some windshield wipers Saturday for my Volkswagon Jetta which took a 24' for the drivers side, and a 19' on the passenger side.A very nice young man named Jimmy took a look at my car, found the proper wipers in the store, and installed them for me with a smile. I sure do appreciate his knowledge, service, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recomend this location. ☺

Took my car in to get a battery test. After finding out the battery was bad, Jimmy helped me get a new one and installed it super quick. Customer service was outstanding and he really helped me out. Would definitely come back to this location in the future!

Useless and lazy. They tell me they can't install the battery in my clients suburban because it's a 2019. Only 2016 and older. Just tell me your a lazy fuck and don't want to do your job. 2016 and 2019 exact same design I told my client just to use O' Reilly. They'll install it. Don't buy anything from this place. Goto O' Reilly's as they aren't worthless lying pieces of shit Update. 25 minutes to install the battery. I kept the $50 tip the fleet owner told me to give to the guy installing the battery. 27 vehicles in the fleet won't be coming to any autozone again. Lazy little bitches.

Jimmy is the man! His customer service is some of the best in the business. I witnessed him serve other customers in very busy store and he treated everyone amazingly and remained calm and collected. Well spoken and a man of action and great service! Give him a raise!

I needed a tail light for my wife's car and what do you know they had it at AutoZone and I was able to get help and find the right light in a heartbeat it was a great price and I was on my way
