Great location and very fast customer service! Went last minute to replace a power cord for my home equipment and the staff was absolutely amazing! They had the product available so I didn't even have to go through shipping! Very friendly and patient staff, honestly best location.

As an existing AT&T wireless customer for decades, I went into this store because I'd learned it is "AT&T Corporate store", which would be able to provide full services for an equipment upgrade, the addition of Internet service (switching from Spectrum), and, reducing three lines of service to one line plus iPad. After much research and preparation, including online research and preliminary calls to AT&T sales, I went to this store in person. I was offered help immediately upon walking through the door. That's good!1) NO on Equip Upgrade! Though the store was plastered with ads for the new iPhone Pro Max, they did not have it in stock and offered no reliable information on when it would be available;2) NO on reducing lines of service! Right off the bat, sales rep Eyad informed me it was not possible to cancel one of my three wireless lines in-store. Eyad did not advise me where and how I COULD reduce my service to only two lines. He asserted he had to consult with his manager on whether or not I could include canceling a wireless line along with an upgrade in equipment and the addition of Internet service;3) NO on AppleCare! When I asked if I could include the purchase of an AppleCare plan through AT&T with the purchase of my new iPhone, Eyad answered, "No, AppleCare is not available through AT&T, but that AT&T offers its own protection plan through Assurion (sp?). I explained it is the AppleCare Customer Support I wanted, more than the accidental damage & replacement protection, and why would I want customer support for an iPhone from any entity other than Apple, least of all an insurance company?4) NO on Internet speeds faster than what Spectrum offers. AT&T said my location was eligible for the "AT&T Internet 100" (which stands for 100Mbps speed.) I shared with Eyad that my Spectrum plan is 300Mbps speed. Eyad disputed that, saying that I most likely was actually getting less than 100Mbps and that I should test it when I get home. Why should I even consider paying 30% lower cost for 66% slower/inferior Internet speeds? That translates into a net INCREASE in cost for a HUGE decrease in service! So, in spite of my efforts to be able to complete a clear and swift set of transactions, NONE of what I hoped to accomplish was possible. Why in the world would an AT&T employee tell me out loud that in an effort to stop customers from cancelling lines of service, it is AT&T policy for its reps to tell AT&T customers that cancelling service in person in an AT&T store is not possible?!?! In my mind, that is an admission of an AT&T conspiracy to defraud its customers. I asked, "where can I cancel a line of service?", but was given NO ANSWER!Clearly, AT&T does NOT want to interact with its customers face to face. AND, AT&T is going to make me jump through hoops just to eliminate one, redundant line of service. If AT&T is trying to alienate its customers, they've triumphantly succeeded with me!AT&T = SNAFU!

On September 14th 2023 I went to the overland store and was helped by k a r l a she she seemed very nice in Maryland to help but a little inexperienced I told her I wanted to reactivate my old number she had to go talk to an Asian middle aged guy that couldn't care last didn't even look at me and he was very short and very rushed on saying this is a prepaid account there's not!! She came over explain to me and ask me if I wanted to open another account with a different telephone number and I said no I've been with AT&t for 10 years and I want to keep my phone number .I left the store frustrated after telling them no I'm not going to get another phone number. Today I went to the centinela store in ladera heights and a wonderful lady called Stephanie helped me get my old number restartefd on my plan everything was done she took the time.. I was very very disappointed with the service at ATT Overland store.

Amazing staff. I witness first had how customers treat the representatives here at this store and let me tell you how graceful each of the individuals are. They did not once raise their voices at the customer, tried their best to find a solution for them (although they were unsuccessful) then another rep came to help, because they saw how much the customer was yelling at them. Helped calm the customer, took a look at phone, magically turned on cellular data on settings, sent a text email and everything was fixed. From what I saw, this store is top notch. Other stores would have kicked this lady out but not at Culver City. True definition of customer service, I recommend this store over other stores in the area. Eddy, Carla, Ruby and Dennis, thank you for being so amazing!

Chris and the manager of the store as of 9 SEPT 2023, are super awesome! Both professionals provided exceptional customer service and also recommended upgrades to my existing phone plan. They also recommended the best phone for my current needs. However, to no fault of theirs, there "appears" to remain a consistent MANUFACTURER problem with the iPhone "automatically silencing ALL calls" even with my brand new iPhone (6) version iOS 11.4.1.

i went there when i lost my phone and i got a new one. i also got an otterbox phone case and what was supposed to be a glass screen protector. the case and screen protector were way overpriced and come to find out 6 months later that the glass screen protector that cost 50.00 was not glass... it was that cheap plastic that did nothing to protect my screen. Now i have a cracked screen. i have insurance on the phone but i still have to pay 29.00 and my phone will no longer be water resistant after its fixed and will never be the same again. at least thats what's written in the box you have to check when filing a claim. and if thats not bad enough i have to go all the way to Lakewood to have it fixed. thats a long ass drive thats gonna take a bunch of gas not to mention the stress of traffic. they also kept the little tool that comes with the phone to open the sim slot. thats the first ordeal. The second one is just plain stupid. i have a mobile hotspot device and somehow the language on it got changed to spanish. i cant read spanish so i couldnt change it back. i went to this store. 2 of the sales guys were standing there talking when i walked in and i told them what happened and one of them took my device and was doing God only knows. Finally i asked him if he understood spanish and he says yes. but he couldn't change it back. he tells me you gotta take it to the att store where you bought it. which was you guessed it far from where i was. i left and thought best buy is right here. i'm gonna see what they say. i went to the geek squad counter and dude took the device and changed it back to english in 2 seconds. i did a factory reset after that. att needs to have someone else do the hiring or something. i wish i would have gotten the name of the person who i talked to. its almost a waste of time to even do anything about any of it. i am just as mad at myself because after my screen cracked i took the so called protector off thinking that it was what was cracked only to find out it wasnt cracked it was just all scratched up. but the was cracked. i threw the damn thing away not thinking i need it so i can take it back. At any rate they know they sold me a screen protector cause i am paying for it and my screen is cracked that should be enough for them to make it right. but they wont.

I had to switch billing responsibility. I tried online but the process was not working. Came into the store and Ruby and Shawn were both very helpful. It took a bit of time and I was thankful for their assistance. They even helped me get discounts on my service. I typically do things online so I hesitate to come into the store but I was happy with the help I got.

I give a 4, all thanks to rep Matthew. I was waiting in the store for over an hour to be helped and once someone was available, I was told I had to call multiple AT&T help lines just to get the upgrade I came in for. Matthew noticed I had already waited over an hour and simply got the instructions I needed and set me up with his personal phone (as mine was broken and didn't work). Very kind. The other rep who I started working with barely explained and basically told me to figure it out and gave me a number. Once that was figured out, another rep was helping me with the upgrade and basically did the same thing - I needed to call security so she gave me a number and said "good luck". Matthew again noticed, came over and got the number and instructed the rep to go through this with me. He was supportive of his team in guiding them as to what they should have done (i didn't come into the AT&T store to be told to get on the phone with AT&T). He was around helping other people as the store was very busy. I finally finish with security and I'm on my way to getting a new phone. When I'm basically done, Matthew comes and checks in on me and asks if I was trading in my phone for the new one. Of course, this was news to me as the rep I was working with didn't explain at all. Matthew, thank you for your attention and for caring! You are great at your job and that location would be lost without you. I loved chatting with you, you knew what you were talking about and you know how to keep people calm. Your service was greatly appreciated and you should be proud of the work you do! If it wasn't for Matthew, this review would have been a 1 star as the other two reps I worked with were uninformative and very obviously didn't want to help. Matthew has 5 stars in my book - ask for him!

Why when you say no thank you for a add on service like home tech program they sign you up anyway????? Because they get commission. After buying my iPhone 14 I came home to two text messages that said I signed up!!!!!!!! Then the person who helped me sold me the wrong screen protector and even put it on for me. I realized when I got home my kids phone protector fit better then mine did. So I had to take another day off work to come in and have them correct it and when I find out that it was the manager who had originally help me oh, I was so embarrassed for him.. stop ripping off good customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I usually handle my transactions online when upgrading phones. I should have just waited and did that. It took 3 attempts to get my new phone. Very inexperienced staff that have no sense of professionalism and urgency. They were pretty much glued to tv watching the game. I lost my drivers license in this whole ordeal.

I went in looking to have them help me put on a screen protector -- something I've had people at at&t stores in multiple states (including CA) do, and they refused. I've been an at&t customer for a long time & their customer service and refusal to help is the worst I've ever dealt with at any at&t store

AT&T is the worst. Canceled my directv on the 28th of July, sent back my equipment by the 3rd of August and I got an august bill for $172. called and they said they cant do anything. Dont, DONT buy any of their services. I gotta wait for the class action suit to get my funds back..... Their business model is, just bill no matter what, send to collections if they don't pay up.Update. after 4 weeks they made it right and had the charges removed.
