Thinking that we had topped off our tank for the rest of the week we foolishly pulled off and then quickly noticed the tank was still showing at the half that we started with when we pulled up. When disputing the fact that we didn't get any gas but showed the receipt showing I was charged, Reza the clerk/cashier brought up some rude and demonic creature named Eddie. He gave me the creeps when he first walked up and then took my card and began to walk out the door. I requested my card back 3 times before he stopped walking away from me and finally acknowledge what I said. After this he preceded to walk to the wrong pump after we told him several times pump#7 and showed him the number 7 on the receipt. He then started yelling at me about cash. I explained i have no idea why he keeps bringing up cash when we said all along my credit card was charged. The same credit card this monster checked as he he walked out the door. The same credit card i kept asking for him to give back to me. I have never been so insulted over something that was not my fault. Eddie's store has a faulty pump #7. So beware. Address 6300 Slauson Ave. Don't waste your money good ppl, they will treat you like they're not lying sacks of ( you know the rest). God's favor will abide. I can't even with liars and ppl who gaslight others.

Van overheated and repaired the broken hose on the road, made it to this ARCO at 6300 Slauson in Culver City. Pit $2.00 in the Air & Water machine with my Credit Card, nothing, the Air worked, but not the Water. Went inside to notify the Staff, I said the Water machine is out of Order, the taller Older looking Guy said, No, No, No; I said yes, yes, yes. They just ignored me, and I had to say, ate going to do anything? They finally responded if I had a bucket, they would give me Water and I did.Why are these Guys not staying on top of the Customer Service equipment?I believe the Ca State Regulatory agency needs to act on the Gross Malfeasance!!

Busy location, but the gas is cheap. Cautious driving to the pump, lots of bad drivers filling up and parked cars blocking from of entrance of store.
