Excellent place to get any shape of molding in existence. If they don't have it in the store they will order it for you and that usually takes a couple of days. They also will cut the moldings if needed to get them inside your vehicle. Additionally they sell windows, doors, and door hardware (really upscale hardware). They have several displays to give you ideas on what it will look like put together. The staff is super helpful. The only reason that I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars is that they are more expensive than their competition.

I contacted Anderson Moulding in order to have an interior door made. I was referred to Norma, the person who is assigned to work with all customers that want to place an order for a new door with the Torrance and the Culver City stores. I spoke with her in early August with regards to the details and specs of the door that I wanted to have made. I had to continually call and ask to speak to her, over and over again. I left messages without getting a return phone call. Each time we spoke she did not have any information for me regarding my estimate. Each time I waited over a week for a call or an email regarding my request. She asked me at least twice after the initial conversation to provide the information again that I had given to her previously. Finally, when I reached out again she asked me for more information which I had already provided. After just under two months of trying to obtain an estimate for a single door, I have had enough. The amount of time that was wasted in getting an estimate and ordering this door cannot be replaced. I expected a higher level of service and knowledge from this company considering that I have ordered items and spent quite a bit of money for products in the past without these kinds of issues. I have to start this process over with a different company. I welcome working with a competent representative and with a company that values their customers and their time.This has been a horrible experience so be aware and make a better decision when it comes to ordering doors from here. That is of course if you want to obtain the materials for your project in a completely reasonable amount of time. The entire time that I waited for service does not even include the time that it takes to make the product after it has been ordered!

Fantastic place to look for the right molding. Workers are super nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom is spectacular and you will find things you will never knew you wanted for your home. I saw ideas for future projects.

They are out of a lot of items I normally buy. They said because of a shipping situation but to call back. I went to the website but no prices. I called and left a message earlier, no returned call. For years I have given a lot of money to this company but if this is how their customer service is then I'll move on and find another company to give my money to. Never let your customer service go down the toilet.

The service was dismissive and not helpful because I arrived 30 minutes before closing. I recommend you make an appointment if you expect to be treated as a customer. They had zero interest in being helpful to a homeowner.

This review is for Norma Pimentel during her time at American Window and Door. Norma helped us select our new front door made of fiberglass. She is extremely knowledge about door types, material, lead times and feature differences. Norma communicates and follows up on time. She also helped us select patio french doors - which we ultimately purchased from HD - she was still an excellent door advisor!

Upper and mid-level management (including one of the owners) at Anderson, to include its sales people commonly lack professionalism and accountability when problems arise. Two major problems with my large order occurred: I was doubly billed early on and my order took 5 months to arrive (this was not a global supply chain issue). With each problem the staff was slow to respond, unprofessional, dismissive, and refused to make concessions despite the inconvenience incurred. My suggestion--buy windows and doors elsewhere if you value your time and self-respect.

I got a call before 8am from my contractor. He says, "I need the crown molding, door casing, and baseboard material today." Huh? I know we as homeowners are supposed to purchase the materials, but I had NO idea how to proceed. I asked him from what company should I purchase these items, and he said, "Anderson on Washington." Ok, here we go... I drove over and walked in. I saw hundreds of designs and immediately KNEW I was in trouble. Then, Adrian asked, "May I help you?" And guess what? He was super awesome. He quickly helped me with making my choices. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes, I was ordering the wood for my contractor, who picked all of it up shortly after I left! So, if you are looking for crown molding, door casing, or baseboard material, drop in and ask for Adrian. It was a super cool experience all made possible by Adrian... and of course Anderson Molding. :)
