After doing quite a bit of research and price shopping, I ended up going with American Tire Depot and am very happy with my overall experience and decision, here’s why:
When I called in, I spoke to Kyle who was super helpful with all my questions. It was evident that he valued my business, and was not hesitant in earning it. Being talked to and cared for as another human, and not just a number is something I deeply value when considering what business I will support. When Kyle was not available, I spoke and worked with the manager Louís, who was equally amazing. They both exemplified going the extra mile to earn my business with a sense of ease, and that’s why they got it!
American Tire Depot, Kyle and Louís both deserve promotions and a nice raise!
Ask for Kyle or Louis when you call or stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

NEVER get your tires replaced here. They made a huge mistake and put my life in danger. I had a flat tire in February of 2024, they replaced my tire because my tire was too old to be patched/fixed. In July another one of my older tires went flat and one was low on air and damaged. I went back here to get the three tires that weren’t replaced, replaced. Today, August, about a month later in 2024 I got a flat tire and took the car in to get it fixed. Because this tire was brand new, about a month old, I was confused. The proceeded to tell me the tire was old. When checking their records, they took the three new tires I purchased and replaced two of the old tires, and the new tire I purchased in February. Why would they replace the one I just bought that was perfectly good???????? I asked the guy at the front desk, and he said “O I don’t know why they did that.” He definitely blamed other people. He said he would “fix it” and didn’t charge me for the new tire, but charged me for the service and instillation. I should not have to pay any money at all after this is their mistake. They did not make it right. This tire was a huge blow out and completely flat and thank goodness I have car insurance and someone came and helped me. This was a huge mistake to ever take my car here. I cannot trust them, and they should never be trusted.

The great care and courtesy you receive at this place is amazing! The moment I walked into the store the customer service and experience was outstanding. Luis was perfection through the entire process with such kindness and professionalism, making sure we were updated and informed. ? helped me in a tight spot and had my vehicle ready for the road in record time. Very shady company saying I need a serpentine belt front axle replacement and new spark plugs, all of this was a lie!!!! Took my car to Ed. Little automotive in Culver City they looked at my car and said I need nothing done to my car, it was fine. American ?? Tire depot are crooks!!!!!!!
