After a road trip my battery light came on the dashboard so as soon as I got home I called around for places that have used batteries since I plan on getting another car very soon I didn't want to invest more money than necessary. The lady who answered the phone was extremely kind and helpful but after giving my information she said there's 2 types of batteries that should work but since my car is an Audi 2008 they don't know if they would be able to swap them out because it may be connected to the system but they wanted me to bring it in the following day since they were closing in 15 minutes. I head over as soon as they open, missing work to get there and speak to some of the guys inside and they immediately told me they couldn't work on Audi's 2006 and newer and I asked them why didn't you give me this information over the phone before wasting my time getting here. They apologized but my car already died again, so I needed them to jumpstart it for me. It took 2 guys and 3 different battery jumpers they started with the small, medium and then brought out the big boy it took about 15 minutes for them to finally jump my car. I wanted to make it back home to regroup and call around instead of driving blind because most shops did not open until 8am and it was 7am. I ended up getting stranded on a busy street, in a Turning lane with construction right across from me and even though I reached out to triple A they didn't get to me until 11:30, meaning I sat there for 4 1/2 hrs which could've been completely avoided if the staff was knowledgeable enough to let potential customers know what the capabilities and limitations are. Not only that once I had it towed to another shop who said they can install the battery but I'd have to bring one. I planned on coming back to purchase the battery but once the tow driver and mechanic both tried to jump my battery they instantly could tell it was my alternator and not my battery. Meaning I would've purchased a battery and it still wouldn't have worked wasting my money because your employees after spending 15 minutes couldn't tell it wasn't the battery but the other mechanics could tell after one try. I understand other services might not be this businesses speciality or strong suit but if all you know how to do is take batteries out of cars that are older models, and potentially going to be obsolete in the relatively near future then get your skill Game up or hire people who know what they're doing, Like the saying goes Jack of all trades is master of none but better than one.

My battery died while parked at LAX. Called advanced battery and they said bring it in. We can put a new battery in right away. Drove straight there and then 20 minutes had a new battery and was on the road. Great service, and great people!

I was told the battery for my car was in stock only to find out it wasn't once I got there, the next day. Would probably give them another chance since the guy seemed knowledgeable when we got there.

I called this morning They asked me to read the numbers on my battery which I did... They quoted me a price of $172.. When I got here They told me yours is $209 plus tax... Why ask me to read the numbers so you can pull a bait and switch.... I am not happy with this place this morning

I've been buying my Jeep's Optima batteries here forever--well even at their old location and now they have moved, in October 2021, to this nicer location. They even honored my warranty this time when the battery failed early. I only had to pay for its installation because I'm too lazy to put it in myself. Check them out!

Bought a car battery from this shop and I've had nothing but trouble with it since. It's been about two months and the car has seldom needed assistance starting to the point that I bought a battery jumper kit that I charge up and keep with me. I tried contacting the company to ask for a replacement and they never got back to me. Beware if you plan to give them business.

I have been purchasing my batteries ever since they started about 30 years ago. They are amazing and they really know what they are doing. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs a battery for any kind of vehicle including boats airplanes etc.
