Well, at Adidas they are all very nice, only in this one it seemed to me that there was no variety in sneakers, there is almost no place to choose from for women.

Honestly, I've been to plenty of Adidas stores, and I have to say this has been the best Adidas store I've ever come across. What they lack in quantity they make up for quality. I have to give a huge shoutout to the sales rep or manager whoever she is, Jackie I think was the name. She was absolutely helpful and did not struggle to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely come back to this Adidas store.

Wow if i could give a 100 stars i promise i would, i was having such a bad day and so i decided to do a little shopping to ease my mind. I walked into Adidas not really thinking of buying anything, but i was approached by a worker named Jackie im not sure if she was a sales rep or a manager but she sure deserves to be promoted to a manager because not only did i make a hefty purchase because of her recommendations but i also made a new friend. Jackie deserves a raise and a promotion! Thanks Jackie!

I bought a jersey as a Xmas gift that turned out to be faulty in its stitching. I didn't realize that a reversible jacket was wrongly manufactured on one side. I came to this store with the intention of switching it for the same item. Everything went smoothly until I unfortunately was assisted by a store manager named Jackie who was abrupt with me from the beginning of our interaction. She presented herself as a store manager and later corrected herself to be an "associate". She was gaslighting me into thinking nothing was wrong when even she was struggling to get her arm into the jacket and could clearly see the stripes were not aligned. I'll admit I did not have my receipt, however the jacket had its tags on, was in new condition and I could confirm my purchase. This person did not take any of that into consideration and treated me so disrespectfully, I'll be sure to not return to this store. Update: I went to the Santa Monica location and they were helpful with my request, and treated me with dignity. Watch out for Jackie!

Last Sunday, we ordered shoes for same day pickup @Adidas Culver City store. I called twice to confirm they had the shoe before placing the order and confirmed they had the shoe. The representative at the store even walked me through the process. As of today, NO SHOES! This is a really big deal because my daughter has been subjected to bullying at school for several years. We don't have a lot of money, so her shoes and clothes aren't usually the greatest, and the kids call her Dirty Girl. I finally was able to get her into a new school so she could start fresh without the Dirty Girl image following her. My daughter is panicked and keeps saying she wants to kill herself. School starts Monday, and we don't have the shoes even though my receipt says we will get the shoes AUGUST 13TH. I explained this to the online and in store representatives, and all I get is I'm sorry we don't have any information, BUT they won't refund the money so I can buy her shoes somewhere else. When I called customer service to try to fix this, they had no empathy, so I did use some bad words, may 4. Now they are saying I am in violation! MY DAUGHTER IS HAVING A PANIC ATTACK AND SUICIDAL because they failed, and I'm unreasonable.

10 out of 10 service! I came in with my kids; my son needed shoes. We had been to two shoe stores and no luck.When we came in, everyone was nice and helpful. But I have to point out one employee… Emery!!! Emery was very kind…which meant a lot because today was not one of my best days.I hope leadership looks at these reviews and gives you the praise (and raise ?) you deserve!Today reminds me that there are still amazing people out in the world!

This was about a year ago:Downright awful male employee who wasted my time for 15 minutes trying to prove to him I bought my sweatpants that the Century City store forgot to remove the beeper off of when I bought numerous items. I had a points receipt email and a member points level up, based on amount spent, in the app to prove my purchase. He wanted me to show me my app purchases, I said that only shows online orders but he made me anyway, and like just like I said, it wouldn't show in-person purchases. He acted like this was my fault. Then he made me show him the email, which clearly showed points from my purchase, then wouldn't take that either even though it was from -Adidas- and the other store. Acted like it was my fault again though I was just doing what he asked. He just yanked my chain and backtracked on everything he asked for even when the points evidence was right there just to accuse me of shoplifting ??? The shop girl next to him just stood there. There was no one else in the store and they had nothing better to do than harass a customer, apparently. If I had thought to get his name, I would include it here.I've never met employees so rude as this Adidas and I will never return to this location again. Enjoying my sweatpants now, btw!

The dude who helped me, Emory, was great at helping me find shoes I really like; he called me "sir" too much. That's my only complaint. Everyone at the store is super attentive and nice.
