Brought my cat to be seen by their cardiologist. They have a comforting waiting room with coffee and tea available.
Everything went smoothly and the doctor answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Terrible place- personnel is incompetent and rude. Long wait time as they are understaffed- crazy prices- they just run up your bills for no reasons. Misdiagnosed my dog giardia w intestinal blockage which made the price of the car jumping 100 times more. Terrible Giovanna Sally the manager she is fake and untrustworthy- covers all the dust under the rug at your expenses. Go to VCA on west La much more competent cost effective and nice personnel.

Each specialty department at Access Culver City is amazing. Its like CHLA but for animals. Highly recommend this place for the love and care of your pet.

While taking my loved one ? (Greñas) there and having to make the toughest decision of my life. They were HONEST, kind hearted, empathetic and respectful. They were also very professional and assisted me with everything that was needed with making the situation as bearable as possible. This will be a bitter sweet place but it will always be a place I'll keep in mind if any of my other babies need an emergency pet hospital. 1st choice no regrets

This review is specifically for Dr. Li Lange and the great care she took with our dog Denver who came in with a foreign body (likely foxtail) which entered the area under his eye. He was in a great deal of pain and discomfort due to swelling which Dr. Lange took care to immediately address. She then walked us through all of our options, including ways we could treat conservatively cost wise and still hopefully expect a great outcome. She performed a drainage surgical procedure which went well and provided medication for his recovery. She was also very flexible in scheduling his follow-up appointments. Our little (70lb lol) guy is back to full health and happier than ever with no lasting damage whatsoever. From start to finish she was great. Throughout the entire process she really helped assure us and guide us along the way. We only wish we got him to her sooner.

I brought my pet Blue Tongue Skink here and am extremely satisfied with the staff, treatment and facility. The front desk and nurses were all very professional, kind and communicative. The vet that examined my pet was very informative and diagnosed the problem with a clear strategy for treatment, which is even more impressive given it's an exotic pet. They provided me a pet specialist to show me how to administer the medication who was also very professional and helpful. They also provided me with a pet carrier to take my pet home which was above and beyond. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a pet emergency, and especially for anyone with an exotic pet.

Had no idea what was wrong with my dog. I took her in and they were able to take care of her and figure it out right away! They were very communicative and talked through everything they would do! I’m so glad I took her here they really took care of her!

If there was a way to give 100 plus stars I would. The staff at Access exceeded our expectations in every way! ? From the urgency of getting our little budgie (parakeet) Agape in right away to being checked with some answers on what the next steps were everything was amazing! They cared, they were compassionate, empathetic, on point I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will absolutely recommend Access Animal Hospital in Culver City! Also we are so excited with the progress Agape has made in 4 days. ??? We love y'all! ??

While we hope no one has to have a pet emergency, the doctors at ACCESS were wonderful. They called multiple times per day with updates, walked us through tough medical decisions, and displayed great empathy while delivering care. I am so thankful to have them near us!

This was my first visit to this facility and it was a joy under the circumstances. The facility was clean, the wait was short and the staff was personable and professional. I was kept posted on the procedures and all other pertinent particulars. An A+ staff! I am a satisfied customer! Thanks to all.

I had to get an additional opinion regarding surgery on my dog. This was the best and most efficient appointment I have ever had. We were in the Bone and Joint Center. The doctor spent as much time with me as I wanted explaining what he saw on the xrays and answering all my questions. The end result was no surgery recommended at this time, just strict rest and he feels it the leg will heal itself. Two other vets I saw where adamant that he needed surgery. The rest of the staff were friendly and efficient. The 1st 2 doctors I saw the only paperwork I received was a breakdown of surgery costs. The follow up paperwork from Access Center was 3 pages of exactly what the doctor saw, his recommendations and photos of all the xrays were included.The most detailed follow up I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Access Center.

Dr. Priscilla Marroquin was amazing. Incredibly compationate and I owe her so much. She helped my cat so much and went above and beyond for him. Keep being the amazing sweet doctor that you are <3 we need more people like you in this world and I can't thank you enough.
