I try to support the smaller stores and this hardware store has been around for a long time. I was a frequent customer and wanted to give them a chance but I finally decided not to go there anymore. I got tired of the messy and unorganized clutter and the service has always been below standard. I am surprised they still use those "death trap" ladders in the nuts and bolts section. It's definitely an accident waiting to happen
