Everytime I walk in it’s a bad experience, no one seems to be able to speak a full sentence of English the guy pictured here when asked questions will look you square in the face an ignore you/will not respond, there’s also a issue when you try to use your points when you ask what the issue is, he will say nothing back so you just have to bite the bullet , today I watched him take food someone bought/paid for , after they cooked it thoroughly he continued to put it back with the non cooked food in the fridge because the customer left , i explained someone will get sick you can’t put cooked food back with the rest of the fresher food , he ignored what I had to say an started smoking his vaporizer in the store , I was a everyday customer for for over 3 years I will not come back now , the star employee that puts cooked food someone already purchased back with the rest of the food in the fridge is pictured below , step it up 7-eleven!!!

I come here every Sunday recently due to work and every time I come the guys are on the phone. There are NEVER sale signs. I use the app to see what water is on sale etc. I go to the front and the food always looks old and gross. They make a big deal when you ask for fresh food. Then I go to scan out and they always tell me “the system not showing that sale.” So I’ll jus pay and walk out irritated. Today. Nope. I left everything. Walked out and won’t be back.

Ideal, although it looks a little messy and has plenty of anti-covid protections

I stopped by after work to get a pizza. The cashier was sitting on the counter told me "NO PIZZA" so I got a couple of bags of chips, a sandwich, 2 sodas and some smokes. First the guy tells me my card is declined I asked if I could try again and it went through he didn't look at me he just moved my stuff to the side . Didn't even ask if I wanted a bag. I live around the corner and will never step foot in that place again.

The only genuinely good thing about this place are the employees, they’re genuinely kind people, and it’s usually tidy around the interior, the fact it’s an Amazon Locker location,.Everything else is awful.Although it’s definitely of the company’s products, everything is overpriced and shrinkflated here.It is incredibly dangerous here at night because of the addicts always loitering around outside. Not people who are down on life asking you for a bottle of water or some food, but genuinely dangerous people. The only reason this place is in business is because other than the gas station AmPm, this is the okayest thing to get your snack or beer at.

Do not try to redeem you're points here , especially in the morning . I tired to redeem my points for a free coffee and the employee said it was 2.39 and that next time I come in to get a coffee it's free. How is it free if you scanned the barcode and the points were taken away. The employee was rude so I left without my coffee and points. Thanks 7-eleven.

I am not normally one to pen reviews about convenience stores, but I had, prior to this, unsuccessfully looked all over different stores in LA to find a cord to charge my mobile charger to keep my phone functioning as I explored the city via Uber, Lyft and transit, often without any options for charging. (I had left the necessary cord at home when I left for the holidays). The shopkeeper at this 7-Eleven came over to help me find the right cord, and allowed me to test it with my charger. And the price seemed reasonable too.

Just walked out. Dropped in to get a money order. Saw a sign for $1.49 lg cuppa coffee. The sign also said that the coffee is fresh or it's free. Turns out neither was true. The coffee was tepid at best. Instead of begging for something free, I went to worker and asked if he make more. The answer was a flat out no. Told me to microwave the cup. I can microwave coffee at home. But, to saved awkwardness, I microwaved the coffee. Also, there is sign in plain view that says 3 Bananas for a $1. Then I get to register, and the coffee was $2.49 and the bananas are a $1 apiece. Not that I didn't have the money, but how can you run a business we're there are signs saying one thing and a rude worker who charges whatever they? That's 7-11 for ya. God, I hope this company goes out of business. Everyone that I visit has terrible service and the price are suggestive, not fixed. Shame.
