Horrible store. It’s not open 24 hours. They lock the doors on you because of the homeless. So the actual customers suffer. Don’t bring business to a place like this. They care more about homeless than paying customers.

Everything seems extra expensive here, and the organization of products seems a little sporadic, so it can be hard to find some items. The attitude of the staff is hit or miss. Some are cold, rude, and seemingly judgmental. However, a couple of the staff members here are unwaveringly helpful and agreeable, even while dealing with difficult customers and non-customers in the immediate area outside of the doors.

The crew here is rude and also unhelpful. Tried to charge me $23 for 10 wings meanwhile the sign clearly says 5/$5. I’m glad there is a much nicer 7-11 on Culver

I'm a 14 year old kid who comes to this 7-11 on the daily, almost every single worker knows me & treats me with respect every time. But today I walked in as the black lady (maybe 5,6 - 170 pounds)at the register gives me a bad look, I'm walking into a aisle with a recess in my hand when she says "Are you for real!?" (accusing me of stealing) & I say "what?" then she says " yea ok you think your slick", keep in mind that there is a other employee right behind me who would stop me if he thought I was stealing. I hope this lady is fired or at least gets a write-up because this is nonsense. this was on 4-12-23 around 2:35.

Your newer employee who was working this past Sunday afternoon doesnt know left from right and cannot read to save her life. I asked for Turkish Golds and she pointed to every single box except for it. I told her that it was the box to the right of the Turkish Royals she was pointing at. She went left. I shook my head in utter awe of what was unfolding. She got her coworker and blatantly told her that I was the one who was not getting it. When her coworker simply pulled off the Turkish Gold off the shelf, and said employee remarked something along the lines of "oh this wasn't the one you were asking for." Where do you find these MENSA champions? Someone please gift this new tattooed darker skinned employee some hooked on phonics or some basic reading skills. The level of d*** that day caused some of my brain cells to off themselves
