They allow people to use thier facilities to steal and drain people's accounts to nothing!! How can people take out so much at one time without any type of an alert especially if they are trying multiple times on one visit. Would give zero stars!! I don't even deal with Wells Fargo but somebody used thier bank to steal!!

Took my 92 year old Grandmother to withdrawal money inside this bank, which has been a customer for more than 40 years. Bank teller Evelin was so rude towards us when we asked for change of $100 bill plus $20 in quarters. Denying a senior citizen, handicapped and a loyal customer a roll of quarters is really foul and childish on her part. Would post zero stars if possible. Beware of Bell branch #0000266-4 and her bad attitude.

Walked for an emergency wire but need appointment for a wire. Even though they are standing around doing nothing.been banking with Wells Fargo for years. Bell is the worst branch. No customer service

I love wells fargo but I swear this is the worst location serverly under staff every time I come it's always something it's either like 50 people in front of me going all the way to the parking lot or they always wanna have 2-3 windows open and bonus the internet always goes out here and they constantly say it doesn't happen often I wanna take away the 1 star alone I never have this issue at other locations.....

I made an appointment two weeks ago, I came in 29 minutes early just to be told my appointment wasn’t showing and the lazy teller that I was assigned to apparently called out. I showed her my confirmation email and she still couldn’t find it. Wasted my time.

The teller at this store was very rude and unprofessional in a time of this crisis she decides to make fun of people who are wearing a face mask and gloves even elderly people. What kind of a person does this. I hope she is reported to corporate we made a complaint with her supervisor. I will be updateding the tellers name soon once I go back inside and get her name. I will also be calling corporate.

I had an appointment with a banker on Saturday and they didn't open branch. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to cancel the appointment. Apparently my time isn't valued by the branch manager.

The absolute wort Wells Fargo I've ever been to. It's Saturday and they are under staffed. They told me it would be a half hour wait for a temporary card. It took them an hour to get to me.

Horrible wait time!!! came to the bank today. I needed to do a transaction and first of all there was no line in the teller section the tellers where just talking among themselves Secondly I needed to speak to a banker so I had to wait more than 45 minutes just to do a wire transfer!!! The girl came after 30 min informing me that I would be next when they had someone available or when they would come back from break!! Meaning that they let the customers sit for more than 45 minutes before getting services and after the staff comes back from break. I can't believe that they don't see the time customers wait. Never again coming to this Wells Fargo I usually go to the one on Slauson and Eastern and they've never had me wait a long time there!!

Customer service is a joke! Been a customer for 19 years and have seen this place gradually go from bad to worse. Have seen so managers go and come as staff is constantly being changed. Manager Vanessa Fernandez is truly a despot who likes to indulge in humiliating and dIscrimatning customers who are primarily latinos. She is incompetent, arrogant and very unprofessional. Have filed more than two complaints against her yet nothing is ever done as she still treats clients with complete disregard and lack of interest. Has absolutely no supervisory or managerial skills. Seriously need to be on check.
