Worst customer service ever. Brought my Daughter in so she can get her information transferred to her new phone & instead VANESSA said I had to buy her extra gb on her phone cause it wasn't going to fit. She also said it would take an hour & we had to stay in the store the whole time & we couldn't leave because the "camera would take a body count" she did not help us at all & we were there over an hour & nothing happened. I also did NOT need to buy extra gb which is a scam of theirs.We went home & my Daughter was actually able to transfer her information on her own which only took 15 minutes. If you people don't feel like working or helping someone you should NOT be there. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS TMOBILE TO ANYONE!!!! By far the laziest unprofessional people here.

This place is a disgrace they abuse of the elderly since they don't know any better. How are you going to pile up tech devices on them when they don't even know what they are getting. Then their bill come to almost 200$ when all my nana wanted was to get her phone replaced. I went in to request everything to be returned and put my nana back in her $30 phone line once I walked in I asked for the manager both girls there looked At each other and one was about to say he wasn't in and well that was cut short since he was just coming out of the back room, they knew that they already messed up. Like common people be better I told him everything and he said he will see what he can do. He managed to get everything back and put nana on her regular payment. Abusive individuals!

Instead of helping me with my manufactory warranty they decided to charge me the left over amount I need to pay, (had the phone for 10 months)The white hair lady was no help at all, stay away from her. I wanted to pay off the phone so I can get a ultra new s23 ultra. I wanted the 1000 dollar magenta max promotion. She out right denied that and was willing to give me 400 for it trade in value after I paid my phone off 530 on a phone that doesn't work with sim related issues.This place is a scam, they tried to screw over a lady with her iphone 14 in front of me. Go somewhere else.

Store has improved. Staff is friendly but it would be more professional if customers that walk in get acknowledged with a simple "welcome, we'll be right with you".

Avoid this place !!! The employees at this location are all poorly trained. They messed my account up and were making me pay for a phone I never purchased. Lucky the actual T-Mobile service was able to get of that charges for me. I would never recommend anyone to try this location.

First off don't ever go to this store they're untrained and really incompetent people. Me and my wife went in for an upgrade and the kid working there who was "helping" me named Joel I think but he said to upgrade to the new 13 it would only be about 250 total I was going to get charged so I said that's fine, then I get the confirmation email for the 2 phones I ordered and it shows that I'm paying $865 so immediately it through me off so I went back before I signed to make sure the price he told me is what I'm paying then he reassured me that I'm only paying $250 I wake up the next morning and my bank account was down $865 so I was pissed how d*** can you be to not tell a customer what they're paying and I cant even cancel the order and get a refund at this point, this kid thinks he is slick trying to scam me and reach a bonus but I decided to be the bigger person and not file a law suit because I could've easily done that, I think management should better train their employees or fire the ones who are bottom feeders never buying from a T-Mobile store again

Worst service I’ve ever gotten from any retail store from T-Mobile ! I bought a chrome book and it’s been almost a month , that it stoped working unexpectedly.I did not damage it and they refuse to exchange it I legit feel robbed and they always say the manager is not available ! This is the worst store to buy from ! Never again! Please someone help ! They had me wait for hours multiple times without no solution, they don’t care about your time !

I went there yesterday to get a new phone..and I just want to say that the employee named EVA..was so rude..she wasn't answering any of our questions like she wanted to. She has a horrible attitude she was almost bothered by us being there.
