The HQ store and the store in Cudahy by the gym I highly recommend. However if you're low on patience like I was atm or if you just don't have a filter or acceptance for ignorance and bs save yourself some time and DONT GO TO ANY OF THE Bell Gardens locations . They told me there that in order to fix my phone's problem I needed to buy a new phone which was COMPLETE BS . I went to the HQ office and as soon as I brought my phone in the clerk knew what my issue was and had it fixed in 8 minutes lol .

These girls that work here are the worst and rudest humans I've ever met they are unprofessional and they over charge you for phones where you can get them free somewhere elseBeware your going to get scam. There's a pandemic going on and they still want to steal money out of the community SMH if I could give zero stars I would!

I went a few days ago and it was around 6:20pm and i was looking forward to switch my phones to metro pcs but the girl there was not feeling too happy to start the process since i walk in she was doing her make up and when i request to start the process she gave so many excuses about getting a phone that i knew she didn't wanted to work she was getting ready to leave early so i just left the store. I ended going to the store in bell and they gladly help me out with my phones and even though they where close to closing down they helped me out without a fuzz so yeah bad costumer service for that store in cudahy!!

Im waiting on a replacent phone staff is rude and dont like their job coustomer service told me swap should only take 3 days but i waited 1 week not freindly place ??? No coustomer service skills ?

Today 11/21/2020 I visited Metro store located at 3640 Imperial HWY , my phone screen is cracked and wanted to know if the problem could be fix or my second choice was going to buy me a new phone but OMG I was really in chocked of how rude the man name Damian ( a black /Latin man) he has no manners, he made me feel uneasy, i couldn't know if my phone could be fix nor buy me a new phone , I decided to just pay my bill and then another situation arises , I wanted to bypass my card pin and he ( almost screaming at me ) You have to put your pin or the machine won't process the payment, this machine doesn't work like that , I still press the green button and the payment went through, that was a very scary experience, believe me wow
