She has great customer service and kept me updated with all the information I needed to know. Thank you Isabel for making me feel important and taking care of all my needs. Also a shout out to the delivery driver Edgar he was so professional and respectful and did a good job of carefully taking my refrigerator up to the second floor of my condo and hauling away my old refrigerator. He was able to make spot on suggestions for the mattresses that best fit our needs and describe all of the qualities of each mattress and the comparisons between the one he thought best for our needs with those from other manufacturers. After trying multiple mattresses, the mattress Jeffrey originally described did end up to be our choice to purchase. He then described the entire process to get a zero interest loan from Synchrony and walked me through to the completion of the loan. After completing our purchase order Jeffrey arranged next day delivery which was a really pleasant surprise. “I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”

“We were searching for a sectional sofa but couldn't find anything that fit perfectly. We decided to get it custom made to fit. We were able to get exact measurements that we wanted, we were able choose the material and the color. I was against the color white because I was worried it would get dirty and turn yellow. I was wrong. The sofa was easy to clean and didn't even sink in. After couple years has passed, it was time to switch our bed. We decided to come back and get our bed matched exactly like our sofa. Loving the clean and simple design. Highly recommend to people who need customized furniture and to anyone looking for a good furniture that will last a long time.”
“On Valley Blvd just west of Rosemead, there are 4-6 Chinese furniture stores. To me, it seems like they all order from a large wholesale warehouse. They all have small show rooms. Just tell them what you're looking for and what price, and they will flip through the catalogs with you to help you find something you like. Obviously not going to find high quality items at these stores, but if you're looking for something practical and affordable, these places are better than IKEA. They are also willing to deliver and set it up in your house for you. The downside: Parking there is limited (only 1 of the furniture stores has parking). This is bargain based shopping, so you have to negotiate. Sometimes if the negotiation goes the wrong way, one might get angry... luckily there's 4 more stores right next to each other!”

“I have two of Gateway's mattresses, purchased years ago from the Salvation Army when they used to also sell them. Unfortunately, they no longer are marketing them, nor some nice wood furnishings they used to sell. I want another of these great beds, so I had to find the name of the company that made them off of the label, and search the internet for Gateway. I have a twin and a queen, and they are comfortable, high quality beds!”

“I used to live in California and moved away 5 years to Texas and before I left I was able to deal with this great local store, and they were able to order me a great bed that still is up today! I recently had my aunt living in Long Beach that got surgery, and they said she needed those hospital beds and after pricing it out they were priced over couple thousands though the medical company! After my aunt told my mom and I heard about it, I told her to go to this store immediately. I called them and spoke to a lady over the phone explain the situation that my aunt can’t go into the store for a while, and she had told me she will have someone call me back. I waited couple hours and Chris called me back, and I explain to him, I couldn’t be there, so he explained to me the options though pictures and text. Not only that, but I loved the price so much, and he even got me approved for 3 months no interest financing. Furthermore, I was able to buy the adjustable bed, mattress and delivery for over half the price quoted from the medical store!!! I opted for a more “premium” mattress which was still a great deal with back supporter technology and firm. Chris ordered it, and we waited about a week, and they delivered to my aunt and now months later she still raves about it. They have a AMAZING mattress selection in the area!”
