“I recently had a little accident when visiting Ktown and broke my side mirror. My friend suggested I check out Yosemite. When I arrived, Mr. Lee didn’t have the exact part in stock, but he quickly looked it up, showed me the price, and ordered it online right in front of me — full transparency, no hidden costs. Mr. Lee also helped me tape up my broken mirror so I could drive around in the meantime.
Since I actually live a bit far from the shop, I was worried about making multiple trips and having to go through rush hour traffic to come to the shop. Mr. Lee kindly offered to come to my house after hours once the part arrived, since he lives not far away from me. And he did show up fixing the mirror and leaving my car looking as good as new.
Mr. Lee’s dedication and kindness are impressive ? I am so grateful for his kindness and for discovering this trustworthy auto shop. Will recommend to my friends 10/10.”

They were able to color match and order parts for me while I still have my car and the installation only took one day. And because the installation hours were less than the initial quotation, he lowered the price for me. Detailed and honest work is so rare these days. “This place is incredible! Not only are the staff nice, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, but they truly are experts! I was in a hit and run accident and where the driver left a huge dent and black streaks on my light blue 2024 Chevy trax RS. As you may think, this made my car look horrible. After going to several different body shops to get an estimate, my cousin, who had been a customer of Innovative before, told me to come here.
Once I showed up, I got an estimate that was way cheaper than the asking price of other collision shops, and the work they did was incredible!! You can see it in the photos below. I would highly recommend coming here and at least getting the quote. Their work speaks for itself, but the work they do is amazing!! I will be recommending anyone I know to come here! You will NOT be disappointed.”

“CJC installed the Cali Super Duty Backcountry 2.0 and Full Travel Bags on my 2017 F350. I would highly recommend these guys. You drop off your rig in the morning and come back in the afternoon to pick it up. All the staff is knowledgeable about what springs to get and what tire rim combo will rub with their systems. “Alvin has been working on my E30 car since his shop was still in Eagle Rock. My car had a loose steering wheel problem then and dealership mechanics wanted to replace the whole steering wheel unit but Alvin found out better solution with just replacing the coupling joint which saves me a lot of money. That's why I rely on him on my E46 now.. It's hard to find an honest mechanic who's also knowledgeable in BMW's. I highly recommend this shop.”
