This place is a hidden gem! Definitely support this business! They have cute parrots and animals they let you interact and see! They have very competitive prices! I was able to purchase two dog toys that are extra strength for my puppy for a SWEET deal. They also have some really great CUSTOM Collars they sell and you can even place an order online and make one PERFECTLY for you fur-baby! I will be coming back 100%! They also have snacks for dogs as well as the pet essentials! Give it a try!

I went in looking for a collar for our new pup. I didn't bring the pup with me (my mistake). I was pleasantly surprised to find out all the collars are custom made to order while you wait! I was able to pick the color and style...and size (this leads to my mistake of not bringing said pup). I left the store with a beautiful collar in under 20 minutes. Once I got home I realized the collar was too big. I took it back and the owner gladly resized it to fit without hesitation! I was shocked! The shop is stocked with wonderful foods, toys, and treats, and beautiful birds! It's by far my favorite pet store.

I got my dogs custom made collars here:)) I was greeted by a kitty and some birds. The customer service was quick easy and very efficient. With the collars I just wish they would use a metal buckle for really durable quality. Other than that this place is the go to for premium service and pet supplies.

Just moved to Crockett and left all my pet supplies at the apartment in Oakland and didn't want to go back for it during covid-19. Called and asked about pet supplies for dog and cat 45 min before closing. Only thing they didn't have was litter trays but she gave me a welcome to Crockett discount. They are also fans of Italian Greyhounds and I have two! I will probably be one of their best customers now!

Family ran hometown pet store. ANIMALS WELCOME, and lots of cuddly animals to visit while shopping. Owner Lisa gives back to the community and beyond in so many ways. Lisa also sews her own unique animal collars. Her son Kyle also provides great animal home sitting. The shop will also accept packages for locals. This is where you should bring all your FurBaby needs to be filled.
