Customer service is a tough job. This tiny post office does it as best they can considering the volume of incoming mail they must deal with.

It has it good sides and bad. But I've been here in Crestline since 1995 and seen many changes in this sleepy town. I've always loved it. But here we are in 2023 and this town has changed in so many ways. So I don't feel as good as I used to. But now for the post office, well one of things that have happened is we lost the best lady that worked there for over 25 years and here name was Diane. But I believe the reason the changes hours is because of all the new people that have moved up here.

I have lived in Crestline for a little less than a year now and so far I am not impressed by the competence. I've had very important mail Just go MIA. I know it's been sent to me because I have informed delivery and yet some things just have not gotten to me. The staff seems nice enough, however that will not fair well with me when it comes to missing envelopes and packages. Very frustrating indeed.

It's okay place but why would you be open for 2 hours on a Saturday?! And some of us work from. 8am til past 5.How can I get my mail when you guys lock the doors I get counter hours are closed but at least keep the ones open for another hour or two. I can hardly get my mail anymore and then stuff gets sent back if I wait too long. That's IF I have any free time to run and grab it. Plus mail keeps getting mixed up. If the box # is on the letter How is it getting missed up when not a single # is even shared? Please be more attentive and accommodating. I know the job can be rough but if it's too hard maybe take a breather before returning to work?

I’ve had a box here for 16 years. The last two years have been hell. I’m not sure what happened but the people who work here just can’t get it together. They will send mail with my name on it back but give me someone else’s mail who’s name isn’t even on my box. They have thrown packages of mine in the trash. It was never like this before but it’s terrible now. Have to be really careful.

They make it incredibly difficult to get your mail. I really wish my taxes didn't go to this terrible post office. If you don't want to deliver mail to our homes fine, but we need to have access to our po boxes on the many times that there are no po workers there.

This is the best USPS Post Office ever!I had 2 mail pieces lost in the mail, and a person at Crestline USPS named Ken Cooper helped me out with every concern I had. He even contacted another USPS post office to try to find my missing mail and truly put himself out there to resolve all my inquiries. He is the best USPS worker ever ❤️

Utterly incompetent. At least we have a new post master. Things are improving. But apparently the job pool in San Bernardino mountains is pretty shallow as most of the clerks seem to be about as d*** as a bag of rocks. It isn't terribly difficult to verify you are handing the package to the correct recipient or po box.

Bought a Christmas present for my mom and had it sent here so she could pick it up. When she got there they told her it got put into the wrong box and so essentially someone stole her package due to their mistake. They offered no help to her at all and just basically told her the package was gone even though it was their fault for not putting it in the right box. Disappointed to hear that response from their services.

Very dissapointed, me and my bf share the same PO box, my sister sent a card and it was sent back to her. Why and the answer they gave me is there is no sticker in the PO Box says santiago? What? What happened to my other mails? Should I know how you do your work? Very dissapointing

I can not believe some of these reviews. Our postal workers are understaffed, working with antiquated equipment, in a building that is falling apart and yet they show up every day to get your mail to you. If you have a problem you should complain to the higher ups. These people live in our community and deserve our respect.Personally, I have relied on them to help me make a living. Shipping is crucial for me and I have had NO packages lost by Crestline Post Office. I continually get Fast Shipping Feedbacks from my customers.Thank you Crestline postal workers for your exemplary work!!!

It's alright. Friendly people, understanding community. We do choose to live here, and accept delayed mail times.

I adore the ladies who work here. The locals can be very hard on them. It's not fair to them to be so rude and they really deserve more appreciation and respect for what they have to put up with. These are amazing people with feelings. Not just the people who get you your precious Amazon packages from the back. Have more respect. 95% of these reviews are disgruntled and spoiled locals.
