if you write a negative review they will erase it. so they say. they kept my jewelry and refused to sell it back to me. bad times made me pawn it in the first place. but think twice before going there. there isnt anybody there with any feeling or understanding of what your things mean to you. will take them no matter what. go down the hill. beware

To be honest, I have found a few items for sale I neeeded. Why the low rating? Good luck pawning anything though because they basically loan out 15% of the value. Which means they want to loan nothing on an item they can sell at 100% value....

I am seeing reviews from people calling the staff assholes?!?!? What?!?!? We talking about the same people? Don't think so! They have always put up with me haggling their prices but that's business and shouldn't take it personally. They are willing to haggle so their prices are fine, we all go into business to make money not satisfy the whining little buttwipes. Now you owe me a discount for a good review, lol, jk (nk)!

The people who run this establishment are extremely nice and work with you on anything! If you ever need a deal or they aren't working with you just speak with an owner. They are usually way more understanding.

Called about an item yesterday afternoon and was told it would be held for me. Drove up the mountain this morning to pick it up and was told it had sold on Ebay overnight and there was nothing they could do about it. Offered to match the Ebay price and was still refused.

I pawned a weedwacker and a roofing nail gun. When I came in to pay it off ($76.50) noticed they took along time downstairs where they keep everyone’s stuff. The old lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me that they can’t find my nail gun. She tells me to go home and check my inventory. I do not even know what that means. All I know is my nail gun was on the paperwork with my Weedwhacker and all that was returned was my Weedwhacker. This is thievery they need it more than I do I guess.

I had a wonderful experience at the Trading Co. today. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The facility is filled with an assortment of items and is very clean. I highly recommend a visit!
