Thank you so much to all the staff for taking the time to review all the requests, and for also helping me to rent my first house / cabin up here!Brent and Rita are always very helpful in answering questions and really getting needs met with great customer service.I definitely recommend the lake view realty in choosing a home here in the mountain. They are fast, reliable and very helpful. Veteran friendly and also willing to do the extra mile to getting all their clients a place.Crestline is a very great place to live, and I recommend life up here, once you connect with the community and also contribute to the paradise up here, there are so many connections and everyone really gets to know everyone.From moving from the city to here, I really loved the move that I did, and am glad that I got to make this move up here.There is many great cabins up here, and the view and the community are very nice :)Thank you very much lake view reality for always helping out!-Mas?

I couldn't understand why, after 4 months of advertising my mountain property, Lakeview Reality (Mountain Property Management) said there was no interest. I couldn't understand because I've never had a problem renting this house. I had been out of the country for some time and when I came back I visited my property only to find that someone was living in a portion of my house and it was Filthy. There was no sign of forced entry so someone had a key. I had to call the police. I had to pay to have the house re-keyed. I had to pay $600 to have it cleaned. I had to pay $400 for 4-months of gas usage. I had to pay more than $200 in electric bills for 4 months. After accomplishing this I rented it in less than a week. I still don't understand.

Brent is amazing, he helped do everything he could to get us into our home and two years later we are buying the very same home. Today you can’t rent anywhere because of the high demand for renters so Without brent giving us a chance and helping us in every possible way to make it work we would never been where we are today. So greatful for how helpful this company is. Highly recommend.
