I've worked in some sort of CS capacity for many years. I really notice and appreciate when folks go the extra mile to be helpful.I am soo appreciative of LGP staff (you know who u are) that gave me the needed bullet points + proper number to sort out Ins. issues.It made it easy for me to do the proper follow-up and get things straightened out.This is just such a great little pharmacy. I really appreciate all the care they provide to their customers.

Had a tooth extracted. And of course they prescribe painkillers they initially said they weren't going to fill my prescription. I had to tell them that I had to a tooth extracted for them to actually do their job. This is borderline illegal(HIPPA laws) me having to disclose my medical condition for them to do their job. Cause me a ton of stress.

This is a large Pharmacy that has everything from the basics, specifics and holistic needs (some) all under one roof with very friendly staff who are more than willing to asset and explain. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. I come here to get muscle cream when I am in the area.

Myself and my husband have been customers at Lake Gregory Pharmacy for many years now. There is not enough good things to say about them. The service is above and beyond what is normally given these days. Everyone is truly concerned with you and your needs. They are apart of the family.

It has a very classic small town look like I remember my childhood pharmacy back home. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and patient. They love to let you chatter about all your ailments.They have one of the easiest refill programs I have ever used. Simple in and out or just punch in your RX# on the phone. Glad to use this pharmacy.

After using the drive thru feature of Walgreens at the bottom of hwy18 I wasn't sure about this but I am so happy I tried it. Small town friendly service and FAST. Decent little convenience store inside also with quality health products and a few snacks.
