If I could give them 0 stars I would. Checked in for my appointment 5 minutes early, I was never greeted and worst of all no one ever showed up to the appointment. Keep in mind several tellers saw me sitting there for about 20 minutes.

I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union in Crestline for about 28 years and have mostly had a positive experience. Even though they are going through an upgraded website application change that has had some issues, I give them 4 stars because in every new application, regardless of the institution, there is always a learning curve. The only issue I ever had with my money at this institution was with some bonds I bought from them and which I misplaced. They couldn't help me recover the bonds and that was a disappointment but other than that, I have been treated with the utmost care and respect.

Having been a member here for many years I have numerous good comments I could post, but recently it has been taking a very long time ( 20 days or so) for Bill Pay payments to process through and I have had this issue now with multiple long time vendors like So Cal Edison, Crestline Village Water, ect.

Arrowhead CU really needs to get their $h:t together with their banking security. No matter where I move too or if I get a new card or not my account gets all of these erroneous charges from Amazon Prime. IT WON'T STOP!!!!

I love my local bank. The tellers make me feel like family, and are very helpful. I got a 1.75% interest rate on a new vehicle I purchased, because they took the time to tell me the steps to take.Then I refinanced my other one for 2.24%. I am always referring locals to them, you get in and out very efficiently.

UPDATE TO POSTContacted the CU phone number as requested on Monday, left a message for the VP of Branches... never received an answer back... after my experiences thus far, I'm sure their inital response below is canned by Marketing Dept to make it looked like they cared.ORIGINAL POST: Used to be a great branch, personal service... now just another corporate machine with no customer service. I might as well bank with BofA or Wescom for this level of service... I was told that they "do not have the man power to handle the transactions"... also used to have a phone number to speak with the branch but that is no longer allowed, you have to go through their 800 phone number only. So disappointing that this CU has turned into a robot like the big banks.

This CU used to be customer service focused and so friendly... today, it's been swallowed up by big bank mentality, it is now just like dealing with some unfeeling big bank that could care less about there customers. We were told that the back office "doesn't have the man power to support the transaction request". Then we asked for a phone number directly to the branch... nope, welcome to the BofA experience... not allowed to give it out anymore as everyone has to call the 800 number and wait on hold and give the reason why you want to talk with the branch. So pathetic..

Only giving this place one star because the security guard doesn't wear a mask and talks to everyone who walks by. Very scary bcuz this is the bank my mom goes to, and she has pre-existing conditions! Please be careful when going here! Edit: I appreciate the quick response and will adjust my rating. He was very nice and kind, but safety is most important rn. And I just wanted to bring this to your attn. Edit2: I must edit my review again with the knowledge of this branch being closed due to Covid. Can you plz tell us if it was the security guard? He talks to everyone in line outside. Very nice guy, but he could be spreading this virus to many ppl!

I give them a Big Zero! They Closed My Account and from June 2019 they have been holding My Social Security Ck tillToday Nov 15th 2019.... Between the 9 Appointments Between them and Social Security I still haven't recieved a Ck. Since June....Where is My Money one Claims the Credit Union has It and The other says they Have it. I live on less then 138.00 a Month with A Small Calfresh Acct. For food. But I owe ppl. $$$ And how do I Pay them . I'm 63 and have Ahlzimers and Painful Fibromyalgia I can't get a Job like this and I had to give up My Driver's License and By Car. I have Nothing.

The reason that I give it one star is because the women in the credit union stand around chatting and exchanging gossip while there is a line of people waiting for a teller. I think business should be conducted first. In addition, all employees should refrain from town gossip and remain professional. I will search for another credit union.

Went in at noon on a Wednesday and got to work with Josselyn. She was AMAZING! I was trying to get a credit card with a lower interest rate and even though I didn't get approved, I really appreciate that she really took the time to go over how the credit card worked as well as how to help boost my credit and how hard checks could affect my credit. She also set up a checking for me, made sure I wouldn't incurr any fees and printed me a debit card ALL BEFORE I LEFT. She is amazing and so are all of the other employees. I love speaking with one of the amazing tellers there as well; I believe her name is ms. Lee? Sorry I forgot her name but she is always cheerful and does everything she can to help. I am bummed that they will no longer be doing shared branching but their service and the lengths they go to for their clients is absolutely amazing. Thanks Josselyn!

I have been banking with Credit union since 1995, and only have great things to say about this place. I personally can't understand why there would be any bad reviews at all because the people have always been nothing but nice to me. I've had no problems since I've banked with them. I've known every banker that has come in and out of there. My parents started banking with them since 1986 and they were also super with them. Never had any problems. They have always been kind to all of the Beebee family
