The staff that works there are tweakers and drug addicts. And Erin the red head screws the customers in the bathroom.

I think the new workers are great. They keep the store clean and organized and they are always friendly. They even cleaned the parking lot which I’ve never seen happen in the 17 years I’ve lived in crestline. Good job.

They were “out” of free slurpees on 7/11 but they were quick to tell you they had them for sale in their regular sizes. Everything I saw inside was hugely overpriced as well..

Owner was price gouging during winter emergency when we were all trapped up here, $9.00 for a dozen eggs for example.

Poor selection of snacks/food. No free slurpees on 7/11.

This 7-11 gets a bad wrap for customer service, but honestly, I've never had an issue. Everyone is usually friendly. Its also an entertaining place considering we are a small mountain town, with little going on. On a good night, you might see the town druggie hanging out, someone passed out in their car, or a good ole shouting match. It does not disappoint. Most of the time is chill. Gas is expensive, but that's what you get for living up here. I visit this spot all the time.

First off, I have lived up here for four years. I take my 3 POUND Chihuahua with me in this facility and everywhere several times. They are USUALLY FRIENDLY. But thistime not only was the female rude, she said I can't serve you with the dog. In the store. I asked when did this start and she said always.thats funny I brought Gidgit several times before. Was this employee on the rag I can understand. But seriously get better staffing, I will never go there again.EVER. this is a dog friendly place and so I thought. Gidgit is a 3 POUND celebrity up here on the mountain. Some people need to have better manners. I guess employers just hire anyone without a interview or application. There was no smile, WELCOME, nothing. Just put your dog outside or your not served. I can say chevron welcomes Gidgit, magic seven, Goodwin's, staters brother's, post office, what is really going on? Even the 7-11 down the hill welcomes Gidgit??????. It's not like Gidgit was just walking around freely ,she is a 3 POUND Chihuahua worth more then that lady's yearly salary. I will just go down the hill if I really need a 7-11 . If you are not a dog lover then this is the 7-11 for you. Wait til the word of mouth gets out. I'm upset and it will show. If the lady said we had a new policy and no dogs allowed, I would of been okay I understand. But she said it has been always?? Really the lady was new and wrongfully trained. If you dont care why do people go there, its because they dont care either, that makes sense. You lost a customer. If you love your k-9 go to chevron, I will be welcomed there with my gidgit ALWAYS. I had to give it one star to give a review but if I could give it a negative million stars, i would have.

Bad customer service the kid with the Chargers hat just mad dogs you. I'm being told some of their cash services are not available after 5pm. The gas takes forever to pump. The air pump for your tires is broken and the inside smells like a pile of old soda cans growing mold and bacteria. ... I live up here and I avoid this place as much as possible.

Fast friendly and the coffee for some reason is the best early in the morning.

Georgie was an absolutely kind and knowledgeable person. I can't say enough good things about her. I don't know what she's getting paid, but she deserves so much more. Absolutely caring, concerning, and a stud. I never really have to visit this 7/11 but gosh if she didn't make the experience memorable. I might consider coming back even though I do my shopping in the daytime.
