“Love it here, prices are a little more expensive than where I usually shop, but some aren’t too bad and it’s super convenient that it’s in town. I wish they would fix the front door. So hard to shop with a baby and even just with a cart because you have to push it. I feel bad for older people as well. They’ve done a lot of remodeling and seem to be doing well.. hopefully they can budget for a new door soon.”
“Went there for the special they had on the 40pk Kirkland water got 4 of them and the nicest young lady helped me load my water. I didn't have to ask her for the help she just came over and said she would put it in my trunk for me and she did. She was Àwsome put it the way I needed it. She did a great job.??♀️”

“I ALWAYS enjoy shopping at Save Mart in Merced and Atwater BUT the deli bakery in Merced leaves ALOT to be desired. Very rude, not helpful, ignore customers until we have to tell them to take care of the long lines!! Then they are rude because we interrupt their gossip sessions on what they have planned for the evening. I ask if they carried a certain product and was told NO, WE DONT HAVE THAT!! She neither checked or asked anyone but I did find it on my own and was told DELI carries it cut up!!! Needless to say I went elsewhere to buy it so they lost a $49 dollar sale. Atwater deli is better and will at least wait on you and try to help but often seems like they have worked long hours or just want to get out of there and no smiles, just tired looking. They are alot cleaner in Atwater. Merced needs to close down a few days and CLEAN THAT GREASE PIT!! The entire stores smells of old grease and it certainly does not give me an appetite for any of their chicken.”
“On this adventure to Save Mart I actually paid all my attention to my Great Niece and Nephew as I shopped it was a very pleasant and great quality of products . Had everything I needed plus a little extra something for the kids. Sorry I can't give a honest opinion on this trip. Like always Save Mart was great .”

“Gas prices here are competitive and reasonable. The staff is friendly, and the drinks are always cold. The gas always seems to last longer when I fill up my tank here. I personally find their gas quality to be better than others in the area.”
“They didn't have some drinks so I couldn't get everything that I wanted but I was able to get their pork burritos and they were good but as far as their atmosphere goes it's pretty good they do not do EBT cards they do charge you $1 for your debit or VISA Mastercards other than that it's good atmosphere good food and plenty to eat when you want they do have a table in place out back where you can eat your food or have parties it's all up to you it is not all set up for handicap so take your time and learn.”

I actually been coming here a lot lately because they have in fact THE BEST PRICES for all their stuff!!! I like it. It’s convenient and they’re friendly! I mean, go drive over 20-30 min away to get cheaper prices but your IN FACT SPENDING MORE IN GAS THEN SAVING ON THE ACTUAL “item” YOUR CRYING ABOUT!!!

“Okay so... I was unpleasantly surprised that Dollar General is not a $1 only store, but it does have good prices. I went at night and was scared I might be in a bad area, but most of the customers were families with children or teenage girls. All the cashiers at the time were women so I felt safe there. Nice selection of stuff, including some tasty ice cream varieties like twinkies that you wouldn't expect to see at a mini mart. Clean, well stocked.”

“I live in Washington and when I’m in town visiting family I make trips to this Dollar General for cleaning supplies. I’ve always been able to find Lysol and disinfecting wipes and stock up before making the drive back home. Can’t go wrong with that.”

“The owner was really nice he was interested in what I asked for and listened to my answer carefully. He proposed he might get the item. You don't really get that anywhere else anymore. And I'm particular about people's coffee. In Merced even the major chains can't give you a nice hot cup of coffee all the way through the morning even though they're supposed to have it at all times and I'm talking about 7-Eleven and ampm. This guy had it nice and hot at 10:00 a.m. and fresh.They had a lot of older memorabilia in there for sale and as decor. Like things that are old and he's still using, that is pretty cool in my book. Such as Brenden Theater cups that are clearly outdated, a lot of nostalgia in that store.”
