Terrible customer service. No notification of planned maintenance that disabled towers and on top of that disabled customer service number so their customers can't call to find out what's going on. I've been with US Cellular for years and will be switching as soon as I fulfill current obligations. I would not recommend to anyone.

I've had them for years and I need to switch. While my friends have 4 or 5 bars; I've got 1 or 2 at best. Frequently my texts aren't being received or my call goes straight to someone's voicemail when there's wildfires in my state.One time when I called tech support to voice this; I was told the celphone tower was located in Klamath Falls and I live in Bend, Oregon. Another time I found out that 3 celphone towers were torched when we had another wildfire near Detroit (Oregon).II stayed with them because I really appreciated the folks at the brick n mortars because they gave classes :) but now there's no more classes. So....I'm going back to AT & T or use Verizon like my friends .

My husband & I went in to get him a new phone yesterday. The service was excellent; the merchandise was well-stocked. Lemar R. helped us with our new purchase & he couldn't have been more informative, giving us answers to all of our questions in a way that we could understand. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Thank you Lemar!

absolutely 1 star for coverage in Hiouchi CA. sometimes if I stand outside in a certain spot 1 get 1 bar but always drops call. doesn't deserve 1 star. employees all said coverage is good just to make a sale. sad thing is tower is not far and up top of mountain. when you call I.S. cellular they always say everything looks good hahaha.

I got tired of having no service from Verizon. Verizon service never worked well in my house, I usually had to go outside to make a call, even on WiFi. I also have a cabin in Hawaii - same thing, nearly non-existent service. Text messaging wouldn't even send pictures. Text, yes. Anything else, never. US Cellular was offering a free phone for switching, so I thought "why not? It can't possibly be any worse than the non-service I'm getting from Verizon." So I signed up and got a free iPhone 13, unlimited data etc. The lady who set me up was pleasant and knowledgeable. The service is fantastic. I can send pictures, make calls from indoors - a nice option when it's cold and rainy here - and my phone works so well in Hawaii, I don't need WiFi to make a call or send a picture. And it's a bit cheaper than Verizon. Do yourself a favor & switch service providers. Verizon doesn't deserve your money.

I got the UNLIMITED high speed internet service from uscellular. but apparently once it hits 200 gbs used data it slows down drastically. so what is the point of paying for unlimited if it is not actually unlimited at all. I call that advertisement fraud.

My mother has been a US Cellular customer ever since they were first established in Crescent City. She had NEVER had very good reception at her house, she always had to go outside to talk on the phone, to send text messages or listen to her voice mail for all the calls that never rang thru. She thought it was the phone. Last April she received a flyer in the mail for a "FREE" phone. Needless to say, that was not the problem, it's the coverage. They are charging her an arm and a leg for a phone she can't even use at her house so I thought I would put her on my plan so we went to see how much her final bill would be and they are now charging her for her "FREE" phone. I told the lady behind the counter that that was not conveyed to her at the time of the transaction, she had nothing to say for herself. I'm glad my mother will not be a US Cellular phone customer ever again. Scammers!

The ladies working were very nice, quick and understanding of what we needed. They were able to help my mom save a very special voice clip from a deceased loved one as well as show compassion and comfort to her as they did their jobs.

I have a pleasant experience when I go in this office. My complaint is I am not getting good signal anymore, phone and internet.
