This little shop has a little bit of everything. Full selection of custom glass with a variety of choices for ALL preferences. Make sure to inspect your glass pieces thoroughly before purchasing because they will not exchange or return product once it's left the store , even if its defective.

They never answer the phone. I'm not even going to waste gas money stopping by if they can't answer their phone to let me know if they have the products I'm interested in.

This is a really great shop with plenty to choose from and I got a good deal on butane for my refillable lighter.Also the staff seems helpful and pleasant.

Was there a week ago visiting from the central coast. The shop was clean, organized and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and kind. She recommended a few products as I was a bit overwhelmed with the large selection. There was no waiting, no other customers and the worker was wearing a mask ( as I noticed most of the city did not)

Purchased a vape that wouldn't keep a charge, the manufacturers date in the BOX WAS from 2019 that's almost 5 years old the SMOKE SHOP hasn't even been in business for a full year, the store manager Nile would honor an exchange or a refund, Niles was extremely defensive and was yelling at me and told me not to come back, I have dispute at the charges at my bankAnd I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau,,, worst customer experience EVER

store only allowed two people in at a time and customers to be able to come in and overpriced Chinese class just like any other cheap smoke shop not even worth the wait
