I called and they could not be reached at all by phone. Voice-mail is full. This was during business hours. I help run an 800 unit storage facility, I answer every call within 2 rings. To not answer or have a message that states they will call back is very unproductive.

Love that the storage is close to were I live and that they have security and if something doesn't look right they call you I'm very happy with them

Good owners it's between crescent city and fort sick ez access good rates good units cameras. And caretakers live there 24'7 good storage place. 😎
