Stopped by to fill up and get drinks for my road trip. I bought some postcards and was given great tips by Griz! She suggested the best drive-thru redwood tree is in Leggett and told me about areas where Star Wars, E.T. and various other films were shot.
Thanks to her suggestions, my husband & I were able to visit some truly iconic sights we otherwise may have missed. I appreciate her going above and beyond for me.

The window washing stations away from the convenience store smell like rotten eggs and poo water. It's unsanitary. I can almost guarantee that if that water splashes on you, you will get sick

Poor customer service, unfriendly and unprofessional employee's. As a former employee for this company they do not treat their employees very well. Uncaring and degradable are the words I would use for this company. Definitely needs new employees, management and HR support.

Don't go here. They falsely advertise one price on the sign by the road, but the pumps actually charge 40 cents more per gallon! This gas station is scam. The staff knows about it and is unwilling to perform a price adjustment. Lots of customers are complaining.

we went to chevron on 2-06-2021 at 9:18pm. my wife and I decided to get a 12 pack of beer and a few craving candies for my children. As I was paying for the items I noticed that I did not know how much I was paying on the credit card reader . So regardless of this issue went ahead and paid for. the cashier asked me if I want it a receipt which i told him yes. As I was walking out of the store I notice I was being charge $58.99 for the beer and 5 pieces of candy, my wife went back and returned all candy except the beer. They returned $28.99 in cash because he did not want to return money to card. As soon as I got in to my hotel room u noticed that we were missing $10. So we went back and returned the beer for a full refund and this is where it got a little weird. The cashier make and a co worker (female) started cussing to us that if we did not leave they were going to call the cops Which they and we also called the cops as well. we asked them for their supervisors number and they did not give it to us... they keep in cussing to us and ask us to leave their property. we waiting for the cops a it seems that it was not the Only complain about this store. I understand that not all employees are like the one we encounter tonight but the reality is that when they are trying to take advantage of out of towners irs Not ok. We definitely won't be coming to chevron anymore the cop that helped us told us that to go to Safeway instead and they had other complains.. so if you are driving to crescent city please do you a favor and don't stop at chevron until they change things around. They told us they supervisors name was at the entrance and we took pics abd they were lying.

Can I give this zero stars because I would I was in this Chevron yesterday morning on 20 January at approximately 7 AM. I went to the counter trying to purchase two items with a $20 bill and proceeded to get cussed out by the cashier that why did people like me come in thinking I was some kind of bank trying to get change for my $20. I explained to her I was purchasing two items and that required cash back from my $20 that I didn't expect change without a purchase. She then snatched the $20 bill off the counter with more attitude and said " don't you have anything smaller than a $20 because we're not a damn bank! I told her that I'm from out of town and I'm just to go home. So here's the thing- I'm not really a complainer~ BUT THIS lady went to far, I've been in customer service many years and I would fire someone on the spot for that kind of attitude towards a customer!!!! Do yourself a favor Chevron ~ find someone to compliment your business NOT run your customers off.
