Dont dispute a transaction with this bank, they seem to be on the side of the merchant instead of their customer. I ordered a product, paid for it using my debit card but didnt get the product. I got nowhere talking to the salesperson at the store so I filed a dispute claim. Wells Fargo did an investigation and said it was a legitimate transaction. I agreed with that part as my debit card was charged at the store but I never received the product I ordered. So now I have to pay over $200.00 for something I don't have.

Came in to do business and was just a tad bit shocked how busy it was. Although it was a Friday, I would've expected more than 3 tellers. Especially, when the line was moving like molasses and near the first of the month. Thankfully, this was just a temporary stop and don't have to do business here often. Otherwise, I would have to plan ahead to make use of my time better.

Rosalia was so helpful. I didn't even have an appointment and went 4 different Wells Fargo branches. It should have been a simple transaction but it was anything but (not her fault at all). She took the time to help me and restored my faith in banking. It's people, employees like Rosalia that make institutions great - with great customer service

Just left this branch in disbelief! Went in to get pprwk or to work with someone to fill out beneficiary forms. The people in the desk areas busy and the teller called me over. I told her I probably need someone from over there to get beneficiary forms. She didn't know what I was talking about so she called one of the guys that walk back and forth approving various transactions. Supervisor? He asked how can I help you. So I repeated why I was there and he said what it that! I said you don't know what a beneficiary is? He said no! My thought was how the hell did you get the position you are in, at a financial institution and not know what a beneficiary is! I said, you know the paperwork you fill out in case I die. He was still clueless. So I said guess I will have to go to another branch. He said real snarky, go right ahead buddy! Looks like I need to get my 6 digit accounts out of there. At least where the employees, especially supervisors have a clue of the business of banking, account ownership and benificiarys!!!

I've been having a tough time with WF this week. I had a nearby branch fail me twice on making a notary appointment so I gave this branch a shot. I called twice but was bounced to corporate, on the second call the representative told me even she could not get a hold of this branch. She made an appointment for me on the same day. I went to this branch on time and was told I did not have an appointment. The one positive was that a man helped me and gently told me I had no appointment. He gave me options but they did not fit with my schedule. I hate to write these reviews because most employees genuinely are good hearted and try to help but Wells Fargo's system is laughable at best. Cheers to you Wells Fargo, making me miss Washington Mutual.

One of the bankers named Andrew P., was rude and completely unhelpful. I went to another wells fargo to help me with my problem, and they were able to successfully help me.

I just want to offer Wells Fargo and existing customers a reflection of my experience online and in branch. Times are changing and for the bank it's not looking pretty! I have recurring payments that come through. When they get paid or submitted to the bank is unknown to me. It can be 11am or 3pm or 7pm or 11pm or other. So I get an online status update ( not in real time ) about my account balances. The Wells Fargo "system" shows me I'm good, then in a couple of hours I show a small negative balance. I get alerted and if it's before 8pm I will deposit money into the account. The "system" or Banker takes my deposit we are good to go...... However, the bank decided to charge fees Because it came in the night beforeI have had enough of playing small with this bank. A customer since 1998. I'm inclined to open with a credit union because you can access any credit union ATM. Wells Fargo is MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE ACCOUNT.

I witnessed the branch manager behavior seems little biased and very rude to an official in front of a customer. Looks like friendly to selective people. If you receive one more comment like this about her, its better to transfer to accounting side or wherever she fits

Sherry S. was very helpful at desk during my one and only visit to this branch. It was mostly an informational session but she didnt hesitate to look everything up and make phone calls to find answers to my questions.

Came in once to get 1000 in ones. Yeah for the strippers. I did call in before cause I went to another bank and they didn't have any. Only reason I'm leaving a 3 star is cause one of the workers here pretty big chubby dude kept staring at us for no reason. I won't come back to this bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After having my wallet stolen in January, I went to this branch (this is the branch I would regularly go to), to open up a new account. I explained to the representative I wanted an account like the one I had. Two weeks later, I check my statement online only to find a credit line has been opened! What? I never applied for a credit card or had I discussed getting a credit card when I spoke to the representative, Rose Lopez. I immediately called my bank an had it cancelled. You would think it would be completely taken off of my report since I never authorized apply for a credit card. Wrong! This credit card that this woman opened in my name has affected my credit score. Opening and closing a credit card (that I didn't authorize) has affected my clean report. It is now July and I am still fighting with Wells Fargo to get this removed. Advice: UNLESS YOU WANT CREDIT CARDS OPENED IN YOUR NAME WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION, DON'T BANK HERE!
