Today I went to Walmart in Covina.I had a bad experience there today.I had a problem with a employee that works there.Her name is MAYTE.She wasn't professional or helpful!!She was rude and looked like she didn't want to work regarding helping me out with the keys to get eye drops.She did have the keys.She's making Walmart looked bad regarding her not willing to help out customers that go there to shop.She gave me an attitude that she doesn't care about customers. I hope the manager at Walmart sees this review and talks to MAYTE so she can be professional, helpful and nice!!! SHE needs help on counseling regarding her attitude.She is too negative and not helpful with Walmart customers!!!

I got here for an oil changed at 5:30 PM and they close at 7 :00 PM and they denied me service when they only have 3 cars and 2 techs that’s bad service!!!!

Please be very careful with we're you walk at
as I noticed that some metal bumpers or protectors are raised up and can put you or other Injuiries as my wife got her foot stuck and got a dent and almost cut her skin and anyore pressure her skin would of bled
not safe at all and if she had cut her self and was bleeding then there would be a lawsuit for negligence
other then that it's ok and not dirty and have what your looking for
just becareful and be visual

I love Walmarts wide variety of different things we use everyday it's convenient and you can depend on finding whatever you need when you need it. They even have self checkout for a quick pay & go. I also like the customer service and how you're treated there. EBT friendly too. Doesn't get any better.... GLOCC30!
