Pharmacy hours as indicated on website and posted on drive through window are not accurate. They're break hours on the weekend our 1:30pm 2:00pm. Thats inaccurate the staff has a will return and they put a different time. Go to CVS!

FedEx pick up is awful. No one was there. Came to pick up and the guy wasn't helpful. Literally no one in the store was able to help me. He was rude about it too. I Asked "is there anyone in the pick up for FedEx area?" All he said was "no" Not an explanation until I asked "how do I get my package that was delivered here?"

Been a customer here for a while because I live near by I buy my shampoo, conditioner, dish soap Cloths soap, water , toilet paper etc here but tonight I was disappointed in the customer service the Cholas closing are bullies that got bothered over everything so if you come here don't ask questions. Weirdos working here. Lost a long time loyal customer I can go across the street to cvs better service with out the horrible customer service considering we are paying 10 dollars for a few rolls of cheap toilet paper.

The pharmacy is really hit and miss. They started out ok but have gotten bad. We get the same medications every month yet they are frequently out of one or two medications and say we have to wait several days to get them. They will not even fill them at another Walgreens, or so they say. Rite Aid however will fill your prescription at any store where they have the medication. Walgreens pharmacy is just ridiculous

The Photo/FedEx pick up department is really bad. I had my package delivered there and customer service is terrible. She made me wait while she's putting away things prior to assisting someone standing in front of her. She also asked me for my ID, tracking number, and a bill (Either credit card or utility bill)! I told her who brings a utility bill to pick up a package? I showed her the email confirmation for the purchase with name and address and she still wouldn't release the package! I had to open my wellsfargo app and open up my profile with my address before she would release the item. I'm all about making sure the right person gets the right package, but a picture ID, tracking number, and actual statement for the purchased item should have sufficed.

Made an appointment for a flu and covid booster shot as this is where I got my booster last year. When the time came, he asked for my insurance card and denied me my flu shot. Said that my insurance doesn't use Walgreens, they use CVS. Okay? Aren't flu shots free? If I said I didn't have insurance, they would've taken me. Make it make sense. Going to make a complaint as I was denied a vaccine but wanted to let you all know before making an appointment for a "free flu shot".

Be sure to check your photos before you leave . We ordered some family pictures and only found 1 picture that was ours and the rest belonged to some else. The name on the envelope was mine but the order name inside was someone else. This cost us an extra drive and more wasted time.

To the walgreens photo department,Thank you thank you, for your patience, beyond customer service, and being hard workers Marissa and Alexis. I was having trouble placing an order of 900 pictures. Marissa went as far as to call me and let me know how my orders weren't going thru, what to try next and very patient with me Over the phone. They could have said SORRY DONT KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO. BUT NO. They did everything and I got my order picked up and im very happy. I've been coming here for all my photo orders but this time I got reminded why I come back, gotta love the great customer service !!

Dropped in solely to purchase water and peanuts as I was in the area. Plenty of parking, store was fully stocked, clean and organized, prices are always good and the variety of items in every category is vast.

I went to this Walgreens to purchased 2 items to snack on since I was on my lunch break, there was only 1 cashier open and it look like it was the store manager, there was 1 customer buying several items and had coupons( smart) she kept asking questions in regards to her points and well I was waiting to pay and noticed the line was long yet the manager wouldn't call for back up or to have another cashier open. I asked if he can have some one open the next cashier register and he just responded with a gesture with his hands. As this is happening I can see 2 female employees just chatting and not caring that the line is long and this man is overwhelmed, I ended walking away after waiting for so long. Horrible customer service.

I am a disabled veteran from the United States Army trying to get my medicine from this place. I spoke with this so called pharmacist name Chris in regards to my medicine, and he tells me if I'm going to be switching back-and-forth from CVS pharmacy to Walgreens, he's not going to fill my prescription. I told Chris, I've been going to Walgreens for at least 26 years, this is how they have my information on their computer. Basically, he was being a snob, and I told him what am I to do if one pharmacy is out of my medicine, just go without my medicine? He actually sounded like the average J**** I hope other veterans like myself don't have problems when their original pharmacy runs out of their medicine, and you have to go to Walgreens because Chris will not help you
