I just received a follow up call from Bryce the Walgreens store manager regarding my recent experience at the pharmacy. He was very professional and apologetic and assured me that he had discussed my visit with the staff. I have been a longtime customer at this location and never had any issues and even considered deleting my post but decided to leave it to show that if you have an issue, it will be addressed swiftly and professionally. I really appreciate it that he took the time to rectify the situation.

Called in my prescription refill, they said "ok" and hung up the phone so I came in to get it but the wait time is forever. Why aren't y'all giving the eta over the phone before you hang up? Don't even say bye, or see you soon? Honestly so rude ?? And incompetent??

Very poor customer service at all aspects of this business.. this place makes me sad! Covina deserves better. Pharmacy used to be good! Oh well patronage your local privately owned pharmacy first.

I've decided to stop shopping at Walgreens for the rest of my life. too many incidents of profiling racial profiling and now they even harassing veterans just for being black. y'all realize that we could go next door to Safeway or Target right?

Just wanted to say, I have to thank Bryce the manager here at this Walgreens. For three days I had tried to contact by phone, the pharmacy department to have prescriptions refilled for my mother. After being put on hold by an automated system and no one ever coming back on, I finally contacted the store itself and spoke with Bryce. He was extremely helpful, very polite, and he himself went back to the pharmacy department and logged into the system and helped me get my mothers order filled. I don't live near my mother, so everything was by phone but he was such a great help. Perhaps the pharmacy department needs more staffing especially this season with colds, flus and Covid. The pharmacy should be well staffed. Thank you again Bryce for all your help. Outstanding customer service.

Made an appointment for my kid's second Covid vaccine. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I asked for a status. The girl who worked the front handed me a form to sign. She said the paper 'got stuck'. I have a feeling they just forgot about us. One hour later my daughter's name is finally called. We're waited for a total of 1.5 hour, and I'm not making this up. What a waste of time. I had to take some time off from work to take my daughter for her shots. Please go somewhere else.

Imagine being a black person shopping and getting thrown out because another black person stole at Vons next door? That's exactly what happened at this location... It's a sad day when we start treating people differently because of the color of their skin... This manager is not competent to do her job... Treat everything equally lady...

A horrible place to shop at. Apparently if you shop here you will get misidentified, kicked out and police called on. Go to CVS instead

Prices are nearly double in store as opposed to online. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more honest.

Don't ever shop here there was an incident that a manager called police on a African American Veteran was accused of stealing and tells him to not shop in this location anymore. Can you believe this? Don't shop ever here one thing that could happen is they might report YOU with some more lies to authorities. Not worth the risk to spend money here.
