This place is great. Had my prepurchase inspection done here and they found a failed parking brake part that was missed at the dealership, which got fixed within the warranty period. Later when I had some major strut issues they handled it directly with the warranty people and had it ready in less than a week when they were already super busy. The shop also has a quiet, clean place to work if you need to wait it out on-site while they do the repairs and maintenance. Big fan of Rod's professionalism and courtesy, and Dino's expert repairs. Will be a dedicated customer for many years even though there are closer shops and dealers in between. Glad I take my car here to Valley.

Mr Rod Carry at Valley Mercedes had save my life for fixing my car problem. I was in another place to quote how much to fix my car problem. I was told it's about $4000... which would definitely break my bank and I really didn't want to sell my car yet and I can't afford to get a new car. So I found Valley Mercedes. Rod immediately checked, quoted and ordered parts for me. The price is affordable and reasonable. After the parts arrived in few days, I dropped off my car at 7:30am, they fixed it within a day. Rod is indeed super nice, very responsive, follow through every single step. Thank you so much for this!!

Rod is an honest person and we appreciate his work on all our Mercedes. He would tell you which services are considered "overkill" based on his decades of experience. On top of that, his prices are extremely reasonable. think about this, there's a dealership literally few miles away, but everyone i know who owns a mercedes in the area prefers Valley Mercedes.Services: Vehicle safety inspection
