It's always something with this place. Perhaps it's just the guy that works the night shift, but whenever I've stopped there on my way to work the night clerk has been less than helpful.They never seem to have change if you're using cash

I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STAR! THE MORNING CASHIER "ROBERT" IS VERY RUDE TO HIS CUSTOMERS ! HE WAS BEING RUDE TO AN OLDER LADY. HE STARTED YELLING AT HER BECAUSE SHE WAS PAYING WITH COINS. I THEN WANTED TO PAY FOR HER GAS AND HE WOULDNT TAKE MY MONEY !! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME / MONEY COMING TO THIS GAS STATION. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.

I would for sure give them negative 10 stars but it won't allow a review unless you leave atleast 1 star. So inaccurate!! The customer service here is beyond horrible on so many levels why is this place even open!! Calling the better business bureau immediately. I asked for their corporate number and they gave me the number to medical lol. Like whaaat the efff??

Very rude management. One of my friends worked for her a couple months ago and she would tell me how her manager would talk down to her as if she didn't have any sense. She felt harassed by her all the time, she had accussed her of taking things from the store and then apologize next day saying she was wrong that she didn't see it and when she brought it up to higher ups, they seemed to just let it go and not care.

I came here because it's close to home and I wanted to buy gas and turn in some lotto tickets. It was a complete waste of time. I asked to turn in two scratchers for $14 and the guy took 5 mins pressing buttons and murmuring to himself. After what seemed like an exhausting amount of time he asked if I could comeback tomorrow because he doesn't know how to work the machine. No sir, I won't comeback tomorrow or ever and I won't be getting gas either. I was gonna buy some candy, more lotto tickets and fill up my tank but instead I walked away knowing I will never return. I really don't like when people waste my time. 7/11 is right across the street and offer way more. I was trying to spread the love since I always go to 7/11 but now I understand why. Incompetency will not be rewarded. Good luck with your other customers or you can try actually training your employees. I don't care. It's your business.

This is the worst gas station that you could come to they don't even have changed when you're going to put gas for a $50 bill and you only need $10 back it doesn't make no sense the worst gas station you can find in Covina do not go to the gas station I do not recommend it back customer service I cannot even get one star that's how bad it is they need to get out of this business
