Worst bank closed my bank account for no reason it’s a business account a lot transactions acting like I’m laundering money when it’s a legit retail store feel discriminate , since I’m Hispanic they want to know everything not to mention I have a processing machine and I have batches to proof where is coming from ; documents where I buy my products. Worst bank ever tlaking to an attorney to sue them .

2nd time they cant Cash my check! Just cause Im not a member probably is the reason! How can a bank not have $8,000 to cash! My Check says US bank & my Company has an account with them! Covina Valley Kia! Poor Service will never go back! Its always the same talk dark hispanic guy, I forget his name!

Tried calling this bank for help, they were no use.Update: Someone at US Bank called my local sheriffs department and lied to them that I was suicidal. They had the cops at my parents house for a welfare check. This is unacceptable. Had an issue with the Diamond Bar branch manager a couple weeks ago. I have still not had an update on my previous complaints. My account is now closed and they are not helping me like they said they would. He failed to even listen to the issues I was bringing up and multiple times came back with incorrect info or things I was not talking about. This caused me to have a break down, and due to my ADHD I ended up calling the branch an absurd amount of times just to be screamed at and hung up.

Eric the branch manager and Dana went above and beyond to help with a relatively complex issue regarding a check. Eric not only was helpful when informed of the issue the next day, he called me again the following day after doing further research on the issue and was able to resolve the problem. I appreciate their service and follow ups. I have had nothing but great experiences with US Bank and this branch in particular.
