One star alone because the dressing room security guard is so painfully rude it’s not even funny. He told someone in my party with vision impairment they should “just get closer to the door” when she said she couldn’t read a sign. Not only is he incredibly slow, he also walked away for more than 15 minutes and then came back and yelled that a second person was taking too long even though the second person should have been given an additional 15 minutes. He did not allow me to help see if someone’s clothing fit and help them. I’m grateful they had dressing rooms, but this man was so rude and clueless it made the whole experience worse than if they didn’t have them.
The store itself has items priced basically at retail prices. The items come from places like Hot Topic and H&M. Occasionally they get slightly better brands in. Overall I’ve had some really good selections for concerts and parties with trendier clothing. The thrift section is a little better and the prices are closer to true thrift store prices and not overpriced like a lot of other thrift stores in the area.

This place is not worth your time or money. I understand it's to help with thd mission. However, old and dusty looking items. Very overpriced and don't get me started on things that price tag has fallen off. Not to mention the rude and incompetent staff. Owners and people affiliated with the mission should do a secret shopper at least twice a week. Then they'll see what's really going on in this store and why they're not getting the funds needed for the shelters!

It is a large place, with many items, new and used, they have specials on the labels depending on the color they indicate, but they do not have signs or advertisements so you have to ask. They have very cheap new products and others not so much. They also receive donations, to take what we no longer want.

This United Rescue Mission Thrift And Boutique Store is located on East Arrow Highway. It's on the same side as Starbucks near the Car Wash. There is parking in the front and the rear. Contemporary gospel music will be heard as you shop. They sell shoes, purses, sunglasses, jewelry, outerwear, household items, furniture etc. Clothes are for all genders, adults, and children. Some items are donations (thrift) and other items are uniquely styled brand new quality items at extremely fair prices. It's a must visit... you never know what might be there. There are no returns, all sales are final. Wednesday is fifty percent off (exclusive of specified items) for adults over 55 years old. ID is required for all credit/debit purchases. If an item does not have a price tag. It can not be re-priced and sold on the same day.

If I could give this management 0 stars, I would. I was in line for the fitting rooms for well over hour and I got in line at 4:05PM, almost 2 hours before they close. The people before me in line took WAY OVER the 'so-called' 15 minute time limit and five item limit they allot for the ONE FITTING ROOM that they have and they don't say anything to them. I was next in line and it hit 5:30PM which is when they "close their fitting room", even though they tell people that they're the "last in line", they still won't let you go in, and make up some lies about how other people tried getting in line, even though there were people who were actually waiting in line for a while. It's crazy that even though I still decided to give my business to this thrift, the manager with the red hair who told me I couldn't go in, coincidentally had to take a "bathroom break" all of a sudden when I was next in line, so it was obvious she knew she was wrong. DONT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!! TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE!!!

clothing is overpriced and a lot of the stuff isn’t even used. it’s mainly fast fashion brands that are awful quality. you probably won’t find anything vintage here…

I was super excited to go to this location because they post such amazing pieces on their social media! The positives: The weekend I came they had 50% off almost everything so their prices were very reasonable! They have so many trendy pieces that it is a great place to go find what's currently in style! Proceeds also go toward the cause of helping people experiencing homelessness! Their staff was also super friendly and they are very patient considering how packed their store was on the weekend! The negatives: If you don't go when there is a sale, their prices were close to retail prices for most of their pieces. They also rip the tag off of the clothing so you don't know what brand the pieces are. While I get that this takes away the identity of each item, I personally want to know if I am over paying for something that could just be from Forever 21. There was also only one fitting room open when I was there so there was a quite a line if you wanted to try on clothes and on top of that there was a long line to check out because of how crowded the place was. I go thrift shopping a lot and I was definitely disappointed with their selection. They did have trendy items but everything was just too mainstream for a high price. I personally like looking for unique finds whenever I go to a thrift store! I live an hour away and usually for thrifting I don't mind a long drive, but I won't be going back just to shop there. I did purchase a Dickies Overall that was super cool but I was also one of the first shoppers there so was lucky to snag it up!

I hope the owners of this organization know that they hired an incompetent manager that doesn't know how to run a retail store. Besides being rude, she harasses customers about brands being sold at the store. She doesn't know how to delegate tasks to her staff and lets workers take breaks at the same time.Full store, people waiting in line for half hour to an hour. But don't just walk around while regarding the overpriced items because they'll send the security guards to follow you around to see if you're stealing.

Updated review, I have been asking about an item on Instagram and also asked why they're prices changed and they kept ignoring me, I got a good amount of likes on my comment and that's when they tried to FaceTime me. I didn't answer because that's weird. I asked them to please not call me. So they decided to block me lol the whole thing is very strange.

First & last time customer here. The store is a little overwhelming when you first walk in - so much stuff and you don't know where to begin! In my opinion most clothing items are overpriced but they did have a a 50% off sale this particular day. Tons of new Steven Madden purses and shoes too. My issue is when I went to pay for 2 items that came out to $6.00. I gave the cashier $20 in cash and he rang me up and closed the register. I said "I'm sorry I need my change" and he proceeded to open the register but didn't remember what I gave him. I said $20 and he immediately said "no it was $10" and I said no it wasn't. Then he couldn't figure out the math of $14 in change and I'm assuming the manager was listening and said from behind me "it was $10" and then she went to the back to look at the camera and came back and said "no it was $20" "she's right ". No apology just embarrassing and uncomfortable for me. Definitely not coming back. Please make sure when you pay someone is paying attention to the amount.
