TL Motors is very professional . They communicated well, and were very thorough on all the work they completed for me. After completing all the work on my car, they kept it for 1 additional day so they could take it for a longer test drive to make sure all the items were repaired

This shop is amazing!! I brought my Mercedes S Class Coupe for service and Gabriel the service manager and Arturo the service technician were meticulous and very thorough. My car works so much better now. I highly recommend them for your car.

I’ll start by saying my initial call to TL Motors was positive and encouraging proving direction in getting my car to their garage. Gaby is certainly personable and fair minded by answering questions to resolve my power failure. Cost estimates were inline with other garages I’ve dealt with but the car was completed as promised. Additional items were pointed out which I will address later. The owner Carson is very personable and informative. If your looking for a place for auto servicing I would highly recommend TL Motors for honesty, fair pricing and outstanding customer service.

I brought my daughter’s 2014 Jetta GLI to TL motors after having it repaired 3 previous times by other repair shops. TL Motors offers top notch customer service and unparalleled technical expertise. They identified and repaired the problems with the Jetta and it now runs better than ever. Thanks to them, I no longer have to worry about my daughter driving a reliable vehicle while at college in another state.

The passenger airbag seat sensor in my vehicle stopped working. I took it in to the Infiniti dealership service department and they said the entire seat would have to be replaced because the sensor is an integrated component. I was quoted nearly $13K. After taking my car in to a couple of different shops where they were unable to even diagnose the problem, I was referred to TL Motors by a friend. TL did a full diagnostic and was able to replace the passenger seat for a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge. The staff kept me informed about repairs and cost options and were friendly and professional. Thank you, Carson and TL Motors.

My husband brought his mustang in for motor mounts replacement after ford dealership gave us a big run around and wasted our time. These guys got the mounts in and the car repaired within 3 days. They did a phenomenonal job. They are very organized, professional and great with communication. We never had to call them and ask about the car because they always called us first. We asked that they inspect the car for any other issues it may need and they gave us a very simple and easy to read/understand list of suggested repairs. (Whereas ford makes there's almost illogical) working with them was a breeze and we will most definitely be bringing ALL our cars here from now on. Their high rating is definitely warranted because they're a great shop!
