This should be 0 star. They charged $1 to tape up to return Amazon and said they would charge $5 to pick up a package that UPS failed to deliver to the address. What kind of store charges money to pick up your own package that they failed to deliver???? Wow.
Sandra (manager) and another rep were very rude and kept saying we are franchise and not UPS. So they make up their own rule. Please don't use this place. They add fees to make more money for themselves and don't understand anything about shipping.
Rude staff and illegal fees should be paid by UPS and Amazon.

I went to this store on 9/14 around 12:30 PM, and there were three ladies working. One lady was doing her job, but the other two were giggling and talking as we walked in without acknowledging us or offering help. I simply asked if I could drop off my package, and young lady with the glasses didn't even respond. She printed out the receipt and gave it to me, just continuing to giggle looking at me whisper with the other lady. Very professional :)

Usually no issues when I have come here, parking is mostly easy, very busy parking lot. Never usually a line. Very clean. Offers printing and shipping services as well as PO Boxes.

Box holders can receive Amazon packages here or Amazon lockers at 7- 11 in the same center.. they notify you when you get mail or packages... You get a key to get in and get your mail when they are closed... Pricey but worth it.

I had another great experience at my local UPS Store today. This is really the season to use them, they are very helpful. I really appreciated them during the Pandemic, I had sent a few letters that I weighed to make sure they weren't overweight but I didn't realize the size/thickness was an issue too so they were returned to me and one very important one even went missing. Now whenever I have an unusual size letter I go there. I know thet I could use the USPS but it's a much more pleasant experience at the UPS Store. They have many functions, today I brought wrapped packages and they found the appropriate sized box and did all the work for me. So easy. In the past I when my printer wasn't working I found out that I could email them a document and they could print it out for me - again, so helpful. There is never a line like at the post office and the staff are friendly and helpful. So happy they are in my neighborhood but if they weren't I would still go out of my way to go there instead of the post office. Thank you to all the staff!!! :)

This was several months ago but a individual that works there was throwing items into the truck really hard! Like it was empty boxes and I realized some of the boxes he threw said “LIVE” or fragile” I don’t why he’s rushing for maybe he should take his time! So careless!

I had a self inking stamp made here with our office logo. The service was fast. I dropped the image off in the morning and I got a call that it was ready late that same afternoon.

Someone (the owner?) from this UPS store replied to my last review. It showed me that they cared. I started thinking about how they could have lost my record. I noticed that in one of their previous emails to me, my last name was misspelled. I wondered if that was why Maria couldn't find me in their system. Today, Maria contacted me and sent me a template of my business card, exactly the way I wanted. Thank you, Maria, for helping me figure this out. I really liked my business cards, and I wanted to get them at this UPS store again.

I feel bad for these employees. They seem really grumpy like they don't want to be there. Melissa was just not having it today. I definitely recommend other UPS stores, never had issues anywhere else.

I had an Amazon package for return I forgot to take one end of it. The lady working the counter said I would have to pay $1 for them to put a 10 inch piece of packaging tape on it.She was not friendly , borderline rude.

The manager ( a short lady) is unprofessional and unfriendly. UPS should find someone nicer with better communication skill to help the customer.

After waiting quite a long time, the attendant finally came out from behind the wall...with an attitude. She never looked up at me! My small 8 " box wasn't taped at the top. Normally when I return Amazon products I am not required to complete package the item. In this case, the attendant stated that I was. The item was securely repacked in its original box. I missed a piece of tape on the top. I was charged a dollar for 1 eight-inch piece of tape. Sorry to see that Customer Service is gone. Or at least not at the UPS Store!
