Came for propane. The guy working at the station put a sign that he's in the restroom and never came back. Waited 20 minutes then got tired of waiting and left. Just terrible service.

It said it’s open 24 hours but twice already I’ve been to get gas before work at 3 or 5 in the morning and it was closed and they had lock on the pumps

Went to refill my propane tank. The attendant is locked inside, sitting down, and refuses to get up and talk, but mouths the propane is out. He then totally ignores me. What happened to just a little customer service and respect? Alright, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Watched the owner of the Shell station turn an elderly woman asking for help inflating her tires. This place has a service station and they would not help her? WTH! So I had her follow me to another gas station, checked her tires & filled them with the proper air pressure and then refueled my vehicle (plus got some snacks). This station is literally around the corner from me but I'll never get gas from them again. Customer service has been an issue there and I see now it starts from the top down. But hey, what's losing the business of two families and more to word of mouth...

Went in for a smog check today and have to say the service was fantastic! Jorge and Matt were really helpful! The wait was short. The place was clean and organized. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks, guys!

Worst customer service, drove up to get gas with my shell gas card. Had to use restroom prior, to my surprise the cashier demanded I pump the gas before letting me use the restroom, you can guess how I felt about that! The cashier was an arrogant young overweight punk (male/white). With all the stuff going on in the world right now this kid is arguing with-paying customers about using their bathroom! Nothing surprises me anymore. Now I know why this gas station only has 1 1/2 stars.

Poorly maintained. Pump screen is so unreadable it's almost unusable and no paper in the receipt printer.
