Today going to Sally's 3/1/24 the sales lady was very helpful asking her for a shampoo it wasn't on the shelf she went and looked in the load and brought it to me that's really good customer service I went between 9 or 10:30

A smile can really make a difference in these “cashiers” lives, I mean…. Came at me like I’m going to steal something from your establishment…. I could’ve been a regular but not with that type of service… no thank you! And you can check your cameras if your cashiers smiled at me and if I “dogged” them like they greeted me! Have a blessed day! Y’all need Jesus Christ in your lives! Please ??

This is my favorite Sally Beauty location because the staff is so friendly and attentive. Every time I go, they offer me help and I never feel like I’m bothering them. Plenty of parking and they always have things in stock.

5 stars! I really love this Sally's in Azusa off Arrow! I went there twice recently and had AWESOME people helping both times! Sandy and Heidi were both so attentive and gave me AMAZING advice! By the time I come in, it's usually with super dark brown roots with blonde dyed hair. No matter how many times I dye my roots and how many YouTube videos I watch to try to get it perfect, I could always still benefit from great advice and both women really knew what they were talking about!! Read on if you want details on how awesome these two employees are.The first time I went I explain to Heidi that I had used ions highlift ash blonde to try to color my roots rather than bleach, so that's why I had brown roots with red banding below that and then all my blonde hair. She told me that I needed to bleach the roots, and then tone. She was right! My hair came out great!! Thank you so much Heidi!!Today I got to have Sandy help me. I went back in because all of the toner had rinsed out. I ask Sandy if I should bleach it again and she said no way because my hair was already very blonde and evenly colored too. Sandy explained to me that the toner rinsed out fast was because of suave shampoo. She recommended that I use Ion shampoo and get the same toner that I had used before which was wella t14. I had showed her a video of how bomb my hair came out after using the t14. She was so cool! She also let me know about the Sally's app so I can save next time I go in. AWESOME!! Thank you both so much!! You saved me a lot of money and my hair looks bomb!! Great jobs ladies!!

This review is for Sandy, she was one of the sweetest and most helpful person in this store! I usually come here to get bleach to do an ombré. I started trying out new colors and one time I did red and loved how it came out so I wanted to try it again. The problem last time I didn't ask for what I should use so it kept fading easily. Sandy was extremely helpful this time around when I decided to go back to red. My color came out amazing and she gave me a great recommendation for a deep conditioner and my hair feels great, it feels super soft after bleaching and dying it and then doing the conditions mask, it saved my hair! Thank you Sandy, you are the best!

I have purchased a hair, what its said suppose to be a human hair.went to salon 2 days later and hair was burning on curling iron. When call the store was told to call corporate office. Spoke with 2 people in corporate who did not care what i had to say and keep stating that it was final sale. They did not care that hair was not human hair all they keep saying its non refundable. DO NOT TRUST THEM

We visited this Sally's and were immediately greeted in such a warm a friendly manner!! My sister and I really loved the amazing customer service we received here! Stacy was super helpful and was there to help with our questions and just made us feel so welcome! Sandy.....!!!!! Ahhhh love her!! she really helped me to put my thoughts into action and understood my hair goals!!! She is so fun and definitely keeps it real!! We will definitely be back!! The ladies there give amazing customer service but they just make you feel like we have been girlfriends forever!!! Love!!

Absolutely love coming here! The girls are so attentive and they definitely know what they are talking about, it’s like going to the salon with experts without the price. I’ve been to many Sally’s beauty supply stores in different cities and none of them compare to the knowledge and patience these girls have. Every single time I go to another store that’s not this one I remember why I always go back to the Azusa one lol. Been going to this store for years! 10/10.
